2 AverageRoom was okay but no room service at oll. there was no electric kettle and they didn't even provide hot water also. breakfast was also not up to the mark. also, we ourselves went to reception for towel n oll. overall not recommended for more than one night stay.Adeeti, 20 Jun

3 GoodIt was an average stay. i stayed with my wife for three nights in oct'23. the hotel employees are very helpful and courteous. the place is safe and secure. i travel delhi frequently and want to stay there again. for that i am sharing some experiences for betterment of facility : rooms - stayed room no 304. 1) tv was not working due to non availability of set top box. 2) mini fridge was not working, replaced after one day. 3) comode flash was licking, replaced after one day. 4) white bed sheet and pillow cover looked shabby, replaced on request, but those are also looked pale and shabby. however we had to adjust. 5) the curtain on the glass window is torn and the roller of the curtain is not working. 6) door locking by key from inside the room is not working, hotel employee tried to rectify but failed. it is very risky and need urgent repair. 7) only one bottle(1ltr) of drinking water was provided for two persons on the first day of stay. after that we got no drinking water, we purchased. i don't know the hotel's policy, but normally one litre water is provided per boarder per day. this needs to looked into and the boarder should be briefed during check in time.Sibaji Basu, 22 Oct

1 AverageWe made a reservation for early check-in for 7.30 am with a written commitment on mail by them, on reaching after 12 hours journey they said no rooms are available and you will have to wait till 12 noon. waiting for 3-4 hours after such a long journey was not feasible and getting such a response from them was totally disappointing and unprofessional. they even refused to refund the token amount, i am going to complain against them in consumer court, however anyone who is thinking of using fab hotels please be aware that their reviews might be fake as even after sending them the proofs of written commitment they (fabhotel customer service) refused to refund the token amount.Ankush Dhiman, 24 Feb

1 AverageThe service of the hotel was poor. the food was not hot when served. it was cold. the towels were not given on the 2nd day. the soap was also not given on the 2nd day. the rooms are good but everything else was poor. fab hotels agents are really bad. when you ask them to call you they don't respond and make excuses. fab hotels: overall poor! will not recommend to anyone.Eshaani Chawla, 15 Feb

4 Very GoodIt was my third time staying this hotel. price is lil high for these kind of rooms like it should be in 1500 to 1600rs . otherwise rooms are cleans and in good condition. most important bathrooms are cleans and everything is working good. location is good, everything is nearby. overall is great. going to be book againPandian, 15 Feb
