I am writing this to bring to customers attention a highly disappointing experience I had at one of your hotels a few weeks ago. Despite raising a complaint at that time, I did not receive any support or resolution from your side, which left me extremely dissatisfied. On my visit, I had to return from the reception itself due to the poor condition of the room and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The experience was so unpleasant that I could not proceed with my stay, which resulted in a complete waste of ₹1400. This was not just a financial loss but also a breach of trust in the brand that I had been loyal to. What concerns me the most is that the hotel is located in a prime location. A property with such potential should represent the best of FabHotels, but unfortunately, due to weak management and poor customer service, it is doing the exact opposite. If such issues are ignored, it will ultimately damage your brand’s reputation. Customers like me may begin to perceive FabHotels in the same way people view OYO, which has become a symbol of unreliable service. I have been a customer of FabHotels for the past year and had chosen your chain because of the trust I had in your standards. However, this experience has left me questioning that trust. As a loyal customer, I expect better accountability, stricter quality checks, and prompt resolutions when genuine grievances are raised. I strongly urge your management to: 1. Conduct an immediate audit of this particular property to identify the gaps in service and infrastructure. 2. Take corrective action against unprofessional staff and poor hospitality practices. 3. Strengthen your customer support so that issues are addressed promptly, instead of being ignored. 4. Compensate customers fairly when such incidents occur, as it not only restores trust but also shows that you value your clientele. I have attached screenshots of my review for your reference. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents are not repeated with any other guest. FabHotels has great potential, but without addressing issues like this, you risk losing loyal customers and damaging your long-term brand image. Please do not let weak management and poor service drive away those who have trusted you over the years.
cozy hotel , very unhygienic and not in maintenance. i have seen dirty things left in washroom and not clean .yak
Harrowing experience. The staff and the property manager, Mr. Bhupinder Singh, harrased me throughout the duration of the stay due to which I had to check out earlier than planned. The manager asked me to cancel the booking online and book with him separately and when I denied, he started shouting and throwing my stuff around. The Manager asked me for extra payment and threatened me to increase the price if I didn't pay as per his wishes. This prompted me to leave but when I tried, the manager and his staff started physically harassing me and stopped me from leaving. What's more is that they started shouting and snachted all my belongings, with the intention keeping it with them. Quite literally man-handling me and preventing me from leaving. This made me worried for my safety and I was prompted to call the cops. I was finally let go when the cops showed up and I threatened with legal action. The FabHotel response team was also useless throughout this time. They were completely unreasonable and refused to help me properly. I had a terrible time and no one should go through the torture I went through with. This was much beyond a minor inconvenience and warrants immediate and strict criminal action against the property manager and his staff. I wish I could rate this experience as negative but can't help that. For anyone who is looking to book this place in the future, please go through this review and take my experience into serious consideration. Thanks!
Fabhotels, I had booked a room in FabHotel Grand Boutique with following details: Booking ID: *KKXTTQ* Check-in: *17-Feb-2022, 12 PM onwards* Check-out: *18-Feb-2022, 11 AM or before* When I reached there was no proper procedure for anything and I want to complaint about several things: 1. When i reached there, hotel owner keep saying that payment has not been done although I showed the bill sent to me by fabhotel. After 10-15 minutes discussion, he was convinced. 2. Room was not cleaned at all, no extension number was there to call the reception desk, bedsheets were dirty with yellowish spots on them, no lights were there in lamp, no soap was there which we have to ask to give and towel was teared which again we have to ask to change. 3. Breakfast was included in our booking and there it was nowhere mentioned that partha's are chargeable and only one item is included in free breakfast. Partha which was served was completely burnt out and no hygiene was there in serving. On check out the hotel manager charged us extra 200 for breakfast although i have already paid the same while booking the hotel. I am attaching the images of the abovesaid complaints. I want Fabteam to look into this and refund my money as soon as possible because this is complete cheating on behalf of hotel and i feel cheated after paying properly. Complete dissatisfaction with service of fab and if my issue is not resolved i will not recommend fab to anyone in future nor i will use it. Waiting for some positive and immediate action. Thanking You Swatantra Kumar Meena
Worst hotel i stood till now, all photos are fake, we had a booking of 3 night but we checked out in the day one.
It’s a fraud hotel. They changed their name but it was not mentioned in any booking app. And also there is no name board for this hotel.( no contact number for hotel is provided after booking). More over they claim extra money after our complete payment in any app ( Agoda ) by showing fake bills. They claim that it’s Agoda team’s fault and we ( customers)can contact them directly for any queries. In Agoda app it shown like Oyo Mannat, but actual name is fab express the arrow. Until we check out they didn’t reveal the actual name of their hotel. Lift is not working properly and also renovation work is going there. It was uncomfortable for the customers. They didn’t provide doormats, for each things(Toiletries and water bottles ) we need to follow up for each and everything to provide. Over all: Zero hospitality Zero Genuineness Zero Customer Centric Zero money worthy. Doesn’t fit for family .
Very Disappointing Experience I booked this hotel online last week, but upon arrival, the staff demanded an additional ₹500, claiming that the online rate was not valid. I was made to wait at the reception for almost 50 minutes. I also contacted a representative from Fab Hotels, but unfortunately, she was not helpful regarding the extra payment issue. Eventually, I had to pay the additional amount before they allowed me to check in. On top of that, the service was poor — there was no towel provided in the room. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel and hope Fab Hotels improves its customer support and ensures consistency in pricing.
