Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

My stay was extremely terrible. At the time of check-in, the room that was allotted to me already had a missing key. Later, when I requested a water bottle from the hotel staff, I was informed that it was unavailable. After that, I asked for a towel, and again I was told that it was not available. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I had to vacate the hotel the same evening. Overall, it was the worst service experience from FabHotel.
