Great Hotel experience and very coperative staff all over experience is Good

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Opened miniral water was served, bed sheet and linen was super dirty and discarded, I know you charged low, but why so low?? Atleast don't spoil the name of fab.. I can't trust this brand anymore. No hot water. Charge little more but don't compromise with heath and hygiene. Its unacceptable.

If you are planning to stay at this property, it is a complete no no whether you are travelling solo or with family. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. I am sharing my personal experience so others do not have to go through the same trouble. Relevant photos are attached for reference. I visited this hotel and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had booked an AC room. While the room technically had an AC, the window frame did not have a window at all. Because of this, the room temperature could not be maintained and the AC was completely useless. When I raised this issue, I was told that this was the best room they had available. The condition of this so called best room was shocking. The walls had plaster coming off and there were red spit like stains on them. The floor had ash and dirt all around. The bathroom was in extremely bad condition with broken tiles and broken electric boards. There were no toiletries provided even though they were clearly mentioned during booking. The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains. The mirror was so dirty that you could barely see your reflection. Even the lift felt unsafe and unpredictable, making you worry if it would stop working at any moment. The staff behavior made the situation even worse. They were extremely rude and dismissive. When I pointed out the issues in the room, they completely denied that there was anything wrong. Despite using the name of FabHotels on travel platform, they refused to accept that they had any tie up with FabHotels as mentioned in their boards and business cards. Due to their behavior and the unacceptable room condition, I contacted the travel booking platform within 5-10 min of checking in. Thankfully, the travel partner was very supportive and helped me cancel the booking and arrange another option nearby. However, while leaving the property, the helpdesk staff became abusive and tried to force me to pay for the entire day. They demanded almost double the amount I had paid during booking. Their reason was that since I had checked in, they could not assign the room to someone else, even though I was there for barely 5 minutes. Only after the travel partner booked one day on behalf of the hotel did they finally allow me to leave. The abusive behavior of the helpdesk staff clearly reflects the kind of service this hotel provides. Between the terrible room conditions, false claims, and aggressive staff, this place offers nothing but stress and disappointment. Please avoid this property and save yourself the trouble.

One of the Worst experience in my 20 Years travelling. Hotel Staff was so non professional. Room was so dirty. Bed was full of Ladies Hair. I stayed for one night only & sit whole night on Chair. I was waiting only for next morning so that i Could leave that Hotel. No hot water in Washroom. So left without using the Washroom. Bitter experience with this hotel.

Worst experience in my life Very poor level service, The condition of the hotel room was extremely poor. It was absolutely not suitable for staying and looked more like a construction site than a proper room Better to stay in the street

Worst experience. I arrived for check-in at 12.10 they kept me waiting for 45 minutes telling room was to be cleaned. Then they gave the room where the curtains were just kept over the shelf so was afraid to go near it. Room was ok but is only for couples because the room nd toilet partition was see through. Toilet was not clean. Wash basin faucet was loose n was not fixed. Air conditioning was on opposite side of the bed n that made us sweat inside blanket. Blanket was torn. Only one bath towel was provided. We asked to provide a mineral water bottle which they charged and gave us a used water bottle. We asked for new one and they delivered it after about half hour. At night we asked for plates for eating food which they said would give but never gave me one until we ate the food as it was getting cold. And it never came. No proper lighting inside the room, just 2 lights near the bed was only in the room. Basic amenities to heat water to drink was also not provided. I have booked with breakfast but when enquired for breakfast they told me they can buy it from the street vendor and give me the food which we refused as it was very unhygienic to see. Very disgusting and worst service imaginable. NEVER BOOK ANY FAB HOTELS. Because The reviews are fake. The rooms are utterly unhygienic with stains on bed and beedis smoked in rooms and left for us to remove before using the room. Rooms do not have geysers so do not expect hot water they will give a rod to hear the water. Not even once was the room cleaned windows broken. Used beds And they CHARGE YOU ABSURDLY HIGH PRICE FOR PATHETIC SERVICE

Overall Very bad experience. No cleaning. Bathroom condition very bad— when you take bath for 5 minutes. After that you feel like swimming in bathroom. (water stuck in bathroom). Bad sheets and blankets were not cleaned. AC stopped working after 1 hour.
