The reviews and ratings displayed on app for this hotel appear misleading. the actual conditions i encountered were entirely different. the staff was unprofessional and rude. specifically, one staff member insisted on additional charges if i didnt check out at night, despite my booking terms. the room provided was in extremely poor condition, small, and far from the images shown online. when i requested a room that matched the pictures, i was told there were no other options available, despite having a pre-booked reservation. the service was severely lacking, with no amenities aside from a room in unacceptable condition. i ended up checking out the same night, which unfortunately wasted a full day of my plans.

Terrible experience. rooms, sheets and towels were so untidy and smelly. they didn't even provide a sealed water bottle even after asking them to do so. no toiletries in washroom at all. had to walk 1km to reach to this hotel. never booking a fabhotel again. absolutely disgusting. i checked out within 10 minutes.
