Everything was nice during my stay at the property. Only problem was, there was no network inside the room. I use Jio and Airtel, both of them died inside the room. Not sure about other ISPs... Nearest Metro Station is about 400mtrs.

Nice and tidy hotel located in a good locality. friendly staff. Food is good. Rooms are smaller. WiFi is good. But phone connectivity is an issue. Apt for business travels

Although the room I booked wasn't the room i was given yet the cleanliness the sanitation and services were up to the mark. My Check in was almost at mid night still they did provided all the amenities to us. Although i had to pay somewhat extra i could say for Green Park.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room I was first allotted was dingy, dark, and had water seepage on the ceiling and walls. I was forced to spend the night in the room after check-in because there weren’t other rooms available. The next day the manager was not too keen to consider my request but when I threatened to leave the premises, they changed my room. But I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel as the rooms are very small. It’s definitely not worth the price they are charging. I even reached out to booking.com customer care but they were of no help. They only wanted feedback. P.S. the photos shown on the app is completely different from reality.

Worst experience i booked through flipkart paid complete amount but they are not ready to assign room extreme disgusting behaviour i called police then they assign me room , also in the hotel your network won’t work … mark my word network won’t work in any room even you can’t make a call your phone will be on no service please think thrice before booking..if you don’t trust once cgeck the room it’s not upto mark & also check network of your phone.. Totally avoidable. I had a booking there through booking.com but at the time of checkin the guy at the reception who was extremely rude n disrespectful told us they don’t hv any booking confirmation and they are totally sold out and we can just go. Very shocking behaviour! I hv never ever encountered anything like that. Very suspicious place not for family.

Used to be a very nice place, location is great, but reception behaviour is really bad. I used to stay here regularly, but have preferred not to, as there are better options and AirBnBs close by. On time check in as always a problem if you check in during the day, I was often made to wait till 2-3 hours to check in. While at the same time request for a late check out is rudely denied.
