I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at FabHotel Sentinel Suites in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to major attractions, hospitals, and markets. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all basic amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast provided was decent, though I feel there could be a bit more variety. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a good job daily. Overall, it’s a great budget-friendly hotel if you're looking for a clean, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay in South Delhi.

I was staying in FabHotel La Paz for two weeks, while visiting India for work end April 2025. I was with two colleagues. Each of us was at a different floors. We are all very satisfied. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, with air conditioner and ventilators. Rooms could be made upon request and a laundry service was available. Wifi was very good at every floor and I could even do a meeting with Europe from the hotel without connexion issue. Each night we could reach restaurants by walk, the neighboring streets are very active. I could go to the post office at 10min walk distance. Metro is also close allowing to do tourism during the week end. Calling Uber was always successful and autos (tuktuk) were always available within 3-5 min. People working at La Paz were all very friendly and we could also attend a community service event with food distribution on the street during our stay. I recommend staying at La Paz. Thanks for having us for 2 weeks.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. A special thanks to the receptionist, Pujin vishvkarma, for being warm and professional throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and tidy hotel located in a good locality. friendly staff. Food is good. Rooms are smaller. WiFi is good. But phone connectivity is an issue. Apt for business travels

Horrible experience. Hotel’s front upper side is broken, building is too old and fealty. Fruit flies roams all over the place at entrance. Two story building, life doesn’t work, you have to pick your luggage and go straight up. Rooms are okay okay, only good thing was AC which was must needed in hot temperature of Delhi. You are on your own here. Staff doesn’t pick phones. I tried calling multiple times at night to discuss about the morning breakfast. Staff was busy but couldn’t pick neither called back. Morning we had to leave without breakfast, even when breakfast was included in the paid amount, as staff denied to serve breakfast before standard time. For dinner bill, he exaggerated and asked for amount, when we showed the bill and did tally amount with menu, he said, jitna hota hai dedo. Behaviour was careless, expected a bit of cleanliness.

The room was wasn't clean at all with holes of cigarettes in the bedsheet and comforter. The lights can't be turned off as it doesn't have any switch inside the room and room was not clean and super dirty . They haven't provided with any TV or anything and toilet seat was also broken . Kindly think twice before booking this place . I even told the receptionist that i will review like this as it was around 2:30 am in the night when i checked inside cause i didn't had any other place to go. I told him to change the room but he didn't wanted to intentionally

The hotel had a weird policy of not providing basic facilities like toiletries and charging extra for basic amenities like dental kits and even water bottles which is usually complementary in all the other places. Another disappointing aspect was they charged 1000 rupees extra for just 2 hour late checkout which was unreasonable as most hotels offer a little flexibility. However the room service guy was very polite and helpful.

Very shabby rooms looks more like a cheap guest house with broken switches and plumbing edges of water tap so sharp it cut through my fingers. Lift was not working had to carry my luggage to third floor. I immediately evacuated room and booked another hotel. Very horrid experience

Guys don't go to this hotel , there rooms are unhygienic and non privacy, also the staff was misbehaving with us, we book the room from agoda and they said " we don't accept the online customer you can cancell your Booking. And you can see in this video , first they said there is no rooms available and after I said I called the agoda customer care and I will do complaint for this , then they said they have room available. Why they scam with online booking customer

I stayed at this FabHotel on 23rd April 2025 with an early check-in at 7:00 AM (Booking ID: TQZSVO) and was offered two rooms – 209 and 302 – for an extra ₹500, which I accepted. However, both rooms were in terrible condition. Room 302 had oil stains on the bedsheets, a dirty toilet, and no proper sunlight. Room 209 was slightly better with a window, but still not very clean. The real nightmare began when we realized we were never given a room key. When I asked, the staff said they couldn’t find it and would arrange one by evening or suggested shifting to another room. Since we were tired and had unpacked, we decided to trust the staff and wait. But nothing was arranged by evening. We were then told the lock would be changed the next morning. Even after reminding them the next day before leaving at 7 AM, we returned at 10:30 PM to find that the lock was never changed, the room was left unlocked the entire day, and all our personal belongings were left unsecured. This is a serious breach of customer safety and privacy, and the hotel staff didn’t treat it as a priority at all. For a brand like FabHotel, this kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it unless you want to risk your safety and peace of mind.
