I had a great stay overall. The property is well-maintained, the location is convenient, and the facilities were all in good condition. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout. However, I was disappointed to see that ₹10 was charged over the MRP for bottled water, which shouldn't happen. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and comfortable.

It was a worst experience. Unhygienic and uncooperative rooms and staff. Non-availability of lock for rooms during going out. Complete wastage of money

To begin with, * The rooms were so dirty, * hair all over the floor, * smelly rooms, * very dirty bed linens * No toiletries were provided * No water bottle given. * Very dusty furniture * Spider webs in the room * NO GLASS ON THE WINDOW OF THE WASHROOM. * TO USE WASHROOM WE HAD TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT. * Washroom was so dirty, had stains of tobacco pukes. * The guy dealing at the reception was very impatient and highly irresponsible. * No regular checks are done of the rooms. * NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR WOMEN, BY SEEING THE CONDITION OF THE WASHROOM WINDOW. * A very big window it was which was absolutely open. * Housekeeping staff was rude, and was mopping the floor after requesting him so much as if he is doing some kind of favour on us. * Not at all a good place to stay. * Strict actions should be taken against it. * THE STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND WE HAD TO CHECK OUT WITHIN FEW HOURS , AS NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN. * IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A RATING ZERO, I WILL GIVE IT TO THIS STAY. * PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STAY, ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS SHOWN ARE FAKE.

Guys pls avoid this place. They are fraud. The AC was not functional and still charged 2000/- for a room. They talk sweet to fool tourists. Check all facilities before booking

Worst hotel ever I stayed. No doormat, no hangers, no dustbin, no clean rooms, no key for the rooms, no manners. High price for nothing. The desk person has no interest in working just busy on the call. Don't come to this hotel all. No tv, Ac is not properly cooling the room. In short, worst in all.

SCAM, SCAM. SCAM. Its a scam everyone. Don't fall for it. Every review is fake. They'll ask you for an advance payment but there is no hotel at the location. This location is fake. They will not attend your calls if i tried calling them again. Its a scam. I repeat.

I booked a room at this hotel in advance, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that no rooms were available. They took my payment but failed to provide the service I paid for. When I asked for a refund, they only promised to address the issue after 8 PM, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The hotel staff clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and I was left without a place to stay despite having paid for a room. I would highly advise anyone to avoid booking here. Terrible service, rude staff, and overall a very disappointing experience.

Wrist hotel I ever stay. No water , no cleaning, no proper electricity, insect inside room , very dirty bed sheet & towel. Most worst thing is no water supply.

Fab hotels are biggest scammers and liars. I did advance booking for my daughter's tournament in Delhi, close to the tournament venue.but as we reached delhi they shifted us to a distant hotel, they told it is 2-3 kms but it was 5 km from the venue. Having no options we had to go to that hotel for stay. Due to this distance problem we asked for early checkout after getting a hotel close by, but these rascals charged extra. The hotel owner was vely polite and cooperative but fab hotels are scammers. Pls never ever book with them if you want a comfortable, smooth and safe stay with family.
