It was pleasant stay amid posh locality. Easy and quick access to market and metro. Polite staff. Good food.

I had an amazing experience at FabHotels Aravali Suites, and what truly made my stay special was the outstanding staff behaviour. Every team member was polite, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was always prompt in responding to requests and handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature created a very pleasant and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such consistently courteous service — the team here truly understands what great hospitality means. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay where service and guest experience are a top priority! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms are not spacious and very congested. Service staff not available. inside or outside food service not available. Overall experience is not good. I personally never suggest anyone to stay there.

First impression were worst as they gave me some damaged room, keede the har jagah, not even clean , then at evening time other staff changed my room which were good,clean and can say worthy......Food awesome, staff achha hai but dn feel management is good enough 3* is just for staff and food...not for rooms

The lift/elevator was not working, the entrance was quite shabby looking , the hotels shares a building with another hotel and a bank.the linen had cigarette burns, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them. The washroom was not cleaned or maintained properlyThe TV was non-functional. The AC didn't cool properly. The water bottle that was provided had a broken seal

AVOID! The hotel tried to scam us. We booked it on booking.com and paid in full online, and even though they confirmed our booking a few times when we arrived to the hotel at night that said they don't accept online bookings and have to pay again and much more. We had small children and they didn't care.

Guys, if anyone is planning to book this property, please save your money and choose another place — even if it’s cheaper. The service is extremely poor. The bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, and we were given used towels. The hygiene standards are unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and overall cleanliness was very disappointing. This is based on my personal experience. I genuinely suggest looking for better options instead of wasting your money here.

If you are planning to stay at this property, it is a complete no no whether you are travelling solo or with family. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. I am sharing my personal experience so others do not have to go through the same trouble. Relevant photos are attached for reference. I visited this hotel and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had booked an AC room. While the room technically had an AC, the window frame did not have a window at all. Because of this, the room temperature could not be maintained and the AC was completely useless. When I raised this issue, I was told that this was the best room they had available. The condition of this so called best room was shocking. The walls had plaster coming off and there were red spit like stains on them. The floor had ash and dirt all around. The bathroom was in extremely bad condition with broken tiles and broken electric boards. There were no toiletries provided even though they were clearly mentioned during booking. The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains. The mirror was so dirty that you could barely see your reflection. Even the lift felt unsafe and unpredictable, making you worry if it would stop working at any moment. The staff behavior made the situation even worse. They were extremely rude and dismissive. When I pointed out the issues in the room, they completely denied that there was anything wrong. Despite using the name of FabHotels on travel platform, they refused to accept that they had any tie up with FabHotels as mentioned in their boards and business cards. Due to their behavior and the unacceptable room condition, I contacted the travel booking platform within 5-10 min of checking in. Thankfully, the travel partner was very supportive and helped me cancel the booking and arrange another option nearby. However, while leaving the property, the helpdesk staff became abusive and tried to force me to pay for the entire day. They demanded almost double the amount I had paid during booking. Their reason was that since I had checked in, they could not assign the room to someone else, even though I was there for barely 5 minutes. Only after the travel partner booked one day on behalf of the hotel did they finally allow me to leave. The abusive behavior of the helpdesk staff clearly reflects the kind of service this hotel provides. Between the terrible room conditions, false claims, and aggressive staff, this place offers nothing but stress and disappointment. Please avoid this property and save yourself the trouble.
