Rooms are dirty, bad odour, unhygienic. bedsheet and mattress was unwashed, old, dirty and smelly. ac was not working. tv was not working. washroom is dirty and chocked. no shampoo, no bath soap. water was coming out of washroom. electric wires were open everywhere. no proper room key, i have asked than provided. washroom door mat was blackish in colour and dirty, unhygienic. staff was very irritating and irresponsible. i requested them to resolve issue but not listening. after fab express manager intervention, they became active. really really bad condition hotel. they are using all oyo hotel products. i personally don't prefer oyo because of low rated, unprofessional hotels. this hotel is not safe for family.
