Writing this review as I check out of the hotel. Pathetic hotel, rooms are damp and smells. Tv, ac remotes don't work. Service attitude is take it or leave it. Cockroaches running around and leaky taps. Regret making a booking based on the photos.

Clean and hygeinic rooms, value for money. Smart and friendly housekeeping staff.. Wellbehaving Frontdesk staff.. Make us feel like second home.

Fab hotel took 1000 rupees extra while booking but bill given by hotel is less 1000, this is purely cheating. Hotel is good but fab hotel cheating us

I stayed at this hotel twice. My first experience was quite good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom into the bedroom, which was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my second stay was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the fan was not working. I had to call the staff three times before they came to clean up the garbage bag. Overall, the hotel has good staff, but the cleanliness and room maintenance need improvement. My first experience was much better than the second one.

It was a very bad experience, AC was leaking to much, no hot water, dirty stained bedsheets and blankets, room has stains on wall and floor was not cleaned broomed and wiped. I have photos I don't have way to share them here, just outside window previous people threw trash and it was not cleaned, hotel manager cleaner were not good

There is a Sales guy called Atish Bagath, completely useless guy. He talked so sweetly while booking, I got H1N1 Doctors said no travel, I tried reaching Atish to cancel the booking, He does not even pick up the call once, he knows it's for cancellation. For Booking, he will call you in seconds & follow up. We called the hotel line press 2 to modify booking, wow! This does not work, the phone goes silent! The phone responds to only fresh bookings. We then tried the age old trick, we pressed 1 ( New Booking), Immediately answered by a Lady! We then managed to talk to some one Ashraf, who said, in 24 Hours, they will sort it out, If they do, I will update this review, else be careful about FAB HOTEL, They completely lack proffessionalism and Customer Service. You might wonder now how the service will be if we check in, considering their assistance post booking! Beware of this hotel don't get trapped!

There is no hotel with this name, it is run with a different name. The condition of the room was bad, the fan wasnt functioning properly. One of its wing was bend

Online 1730 mein booking kiya with breakfast aur wahan pe Jake woh log ne mana kiya ki itne mein hum log room nahi dege. Hum log ko 30 mins wahan pe bitha ke rakha, fir 300 rs jyada leke room diya with breakfast. Aur hot water bhi nai tha morning mein, kitni baar bola lekin koi dekh ne bhi nahi aaya. Breakfast yeh log Bahar se lake dete hai aur breakfast ke liye koi option bhi nahi tha jo woh log dete hai wahin lene ka. So avoid karo yeh wala hotel.

Dont ever book this hotel. No matter how many review or discounts you get I said never book this property. Nightmare experience i have felt Room stinks and has seepage everywhere . Ac was dripping water. Washroom was also stinking gutter smell and looks so unhygienic and of size of two tiles only. Very bad experience fell like terror. Not recommended at all.
