I stayed at Hotel Royal Residency for one night after booking through the FabHotel application, and my experience was very pleasant. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Maintenance is not there. No neatness. Check first floor step, with full of cement bags. Stinky smell. Geyser not worked properly, plumbing problem, taps were tied with wires in room number 103. And bed head side cleaning Was worst. In room 1007, light fell down and bed was so old. Room wise 1007 is better than 103. Good thing is people and good, smiling and polite in addressing our concerns. But collected extra Rs.2,000/- for four people early check-in on 10th Jan 2026 at 6 AM (that is for six hours).

Many parts of the room were broken or damaged, and it looked completely different from the pictures shown while booking. There were no basic amenities provided we didnt even get towels, water, or other essentials without repeatedly asking. The service was extremely poor and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Hotel Name: FabHotel Melody NX, Thane Stay Date: 2728 Worst hotel experience ever. Even after having a confirmed booking from 27 to 28, the hotel management did not allow us to stay overnight. They clearly said that if the guest goes outside even once, it will be treated as checkout immediately, which is completely unacceptable and against standard hotel rules. I contacted MakeMyTrip support, and even after coordination with the hotel management, they refused to cooperate. This kind of behavior feels like harassment and cheating. Do NOT book this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind.

Wash basin seat was broken , Room was Stinking , we checked out the room within 10 minutes because of smell but room rent was not returned .
