Clean and hygiene room , staff also cooperative. Awesome location to stay

Rude staff & purely unacceptable behavior. At the time of check-in, when I entered the hotel, I politely informed the receptionist that I had a booking. He replied that the phone was not with him and went to another room, returned with the phone, briefly looked at it, and said there was no booking. I told him that the booking was under the name , that it was made yesterday, and that I had already paid half the amount as an advance. Without even properly checking or scrolling on his phone, he again denied the booking. I calmly showed him my confirmed booking on my phone, but he still refused to acknowledge it. When I said that I would call FabHotel customer support, he suddenly said, Yes, the booking is there. Despite this, I was asked to make the remaining payment directly via the QR code at the reception instead of through the app. I wanted to avoid any argument, so I made the payment. After completing all ID formalities, we were given the room keys. Later, when I requested a drinking water bottle, I was told it would cost 20. In all my previous stays at FabHotels, drinking water has always been provided as a basic amenity, and sometimes even hot drinking water was provided upon request. While I do not have any issue paying 20, the attitude and manner of communication were rude and unprofessional. Both I and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the behavior. I have stayed at FabHotels multiple times earlier, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the reception staff and the owner was pathetic and unacceptable. Charging extra for basic amenities like drinking water, along with such conduct, seriously affects the brand value of FabHotel, which is otherwise known for quality service. I am reporting this incident because such experiences damage customer trust. If such issues continue, I may reconsider booking through FabHotels in the future and instead use platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com. I strongly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Bed sheet was not clean and 2 beds/matress were joint together due to which sleep was bit uncomfortable. Rest everything was great

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. Rooms were not clean, they gave a small room without TV, there is no lock and staff was rude, had to move to reception multiple times just to change sheets which were dirty, which they did not change Even after multiple requests, room allocated was not clean covered with cigarettes, dirty dustbin, and fan very dirty which we didn't feel like using,terrible experience wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

First time I had the worst experience in hotel. First of all my hotel is changed. Hotel rooms very not neat and clean. Bed and comforters were damaged. Cockroaches and mosquitoes were in the room. No kattle for hot beverage nor the refeshment. Staff was missing sometime from reception. Location is not easy to reach. Will never book any hotel of fab again

Rooms and toilets were extremely dirty toilet fittings were all broken ded and pillows were far below standard..no basic facilities and amenities available... overall a hopeless stay would not recommend it anyone,..also receptionist Mr. Balaji was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Very bad experience overall

i haven't checked in checkin was denied at 2 hotels saying 2k extra i have to pay hotels have issue with fab pring policy, already ur agent told me that refund initiated kindly do the needful on priority , u shifted the booking to 2nd hotel they also denied saying no checkin till 12:30 and if checkin then extra money will be needed ur agent was on call, my 3.5 hours got wasted then ur agent picked the call all of u putted my call on hold , if i don't got the full refund plus extra money for the inconveniemce from side surely i will take u guys to the court , i came pune for interview because of u all i reached there 2.5 hours late, every call is recorded on my phone , if possible u guys should give me a call and discuss on this issue on my no. 9926628480 or mail shivanshubarua55@gmail.com

No food available at hotel. Only drinking water was available and that also they provided when asked for it. No drinking water in the room.

No food was available in the hotel. Only water was available. Bedsheet had stains. Washroom. In the night someone was trying to open the room door from outside.. I had to shout and then it stopped. Hotel security not good
