Terrible experience- full of bed bugs, rooms and washrooms not clean, linens were very dirty, even on asking not replaced, very arrogant staff. manager was not reachable and not present. no one would be at the reception to contact. no security. rooms are full of dust, spiders and bed bugs. no maintenance at all.

I was denied the check-in at the hotel. they demanded extra cash for the room which i have already booked online. i faced many problems because of that and also not received refund. please see this matter through, and provide refund atleast.

Poor maintenance. bedsheets are very unclean with spots on bedsheets. cigarette smoke smell in the room. no water provided, after asking for water given unsealed water bottle. booked the room with breakfast but breakfast not provided. room service boy is very attitudal as if we have booked the room for free. insisted me to pay the money offline or else room will not be provided. worst service ever experienced.
