Yelahanka is a major suburb of Bangalore, located about 20 km north of the city. It is one of the oldest localities in the city – in fact, it is older than the city itself – and traces its origins back to the 12th century. History has it that Yelahanka was the capital of many rulers, including the famous Kempe Gowdas. Today, it has evolved into a well-planned residential settlement known as Yelahanka New Town or Yelahanka Satellite Town. The neighborhood, which is dotted with residential properties, shopping zones, and commercial and industrial establishments, also has several lakes surrounding it. You can find plenty of budget hotels in Bangalore in and around this locality, thanks to its proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport. These hotels in Yelahanka cater to tourists and business travelers alike.
RMZ Gallleria Mall is the major shopping hub in Yelahanka. In addition to housing brands such as Allen Solly, Levi’s, Hush Puppies, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Soch, etc., the mall also has a multiplex for movie buffs and a spacious food court for foodies. Other major shopping places in the area are Yelahanka New Town Shopping Complex, Garuda-Yelahanka Central, and Kurlappa Shopping Complex.
The neighborhood is sprinkled with a good range of restaurants and cafes where foodies can have a great time. Some of the best restaurants in Yelahanka are AB’s - Absolute Barbeque, Onesta, 9th Mile Dhaba, Barbeque Nation, and Café 60 Four. Those who want to relax over a few drinks can head off to Denny’s Pub or Sherlock’s Lounge & Kitchen, two of the famous pubs in Yelahanka.
A major tourist attraction in the neighborhood is Yelahanka Lake, a 300-acre water body where you can enjoy a session of boating. You can also visit the nearby Jakkur Aerodrome (5.5 km) and take a microlight flying ride. Travelers staying at Yelahanka hotels can also explore Lumbini Gardens (11 km), Hebbal Lake (12 km), Bangalore Palace (15 km), Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium (16 km), and National Gallery of Modern Art (16 km). Since the hotels in Yelahanka, Bangalore offer excellent connectivity to all parts of the city, iconic landmarks like Cubbon Park (18 km), Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum (19 km), Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace (21 km), and Lalbagh (22 km) can also be included in your itinerary.
Kempegowda International Airport is about 19 km from Yelahanka New Town. You can reach your hotels in Yelahanka from the airport using cabs/taxis and airport shuttle services. A very ambient place to stay.maintained very clean and service is very good.Felt happy staying here
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were neat and clean, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and well-behaved, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is also a major plus - everything is easily accessible from here, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I'd definitely say it's worth it! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
What Fu..ing service you are running .? I booked a room and no room was given by the reception ..Do refund my money ..to hell with your service ..
Reception staff are too rude, while check-in he explained protocol like as if he is giving Green card(USA Citizenship). There was no hot water when asked he was explained internal management issues, which is not guest concern. Bath towels are not washed, very pathetic quality by house keeping, while check-in rooms were stinking horribly. When informed about hot water issue to front office person, he said same review you can post in the Google . Never recommend this property to anyone
It was a very disappointing stay. We had booked it for my father in law. My wife went to meet him for just few mins and your staff at reception refused to let her in stating visitors not allowed. I respect the hotel rules but there is a way to put it across. He was rude and very harsh... Please educate your staff to behave with guests... We have 100 options and can influence our circle not to use Fab hotels...
If i could give it less than 1 star, I would. This has to be the worst hotel booking experience I have had in my life. The receptionist/property manager called Pavan was super rude and spoke to us in a threatening voice and also shouted at us. We got really bad vibes from the person, and after checking the state if the rooms with paint chipping off the walls, walls cracked from top to bottom, dirty floors, we decided to cancel our entire booking. The property manager denied accepting the request that had been raised through the app and asked us to contact customer care. The app clearly mentions that the property needs to cancel the booking, and he even showed up the email and refused to cancel it. We made the mistake of not reading the previous reviews where so many people spoke about the same issue of rude property manager and staff and booking issues. Horrible horrible and genuinely scary experience. Fab hotels! Do better. Do a better check of the hotels you are managing, or you will keep losing customers to other hotels.
Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior by Hotel Receptionist Don’t Book this hotel unsafe for family I am writing to report a very disturbing incident that took place at your hotel around midnight (12:00 AM). The hotel receptionist behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. He came to my room, knocked on the door, and then began to argue and fight. He refused to allow me to close the door and forcefully pushed it, attempting to enter my room without permission. His behavior was threatening and made me feel extremely unsafe. Based on his actions and condition, I strongly suspect that he may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety. I kindly request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be take
Well, that was a first. The receptionist /self-appointed manager Pavan is a joke. How can you call yourself a hotel manager while being rude to customers to the point where you are shouting at them and walking out on them? Does not even know how to operate basic booking.com reservations or cancelation procedures. He will not take accountability and tell you to call customer care. He will not bother with anything. Bro, change your career path if you cannot keep a straight face in front of a customer and not keep your temper. Get away from a front desk. You're the biggest joke I have seen in the industry. After reading the comments I can see this is a recurring theme at your hotel. Maybe it's time to start reflecting. Food for thought. To all, so many other options out there, wish you a pleasant experience.
