Clean and comfy rooms with well behaved staff . U really like the hotel service

Staff very helpful. Room and beds was very comfortable . Breakfast was very good.

Kings Suites Hotel in Hennur was my home for 54 days. The cleaning was excellent throughout my stay. We had frequent power cuts, but the generator kicked in immediately every time, keeping lights, fans, and Wi-Fi running. The only minor issue was the water heater not working on generator for a few days. Still, a good long-term stay!

Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

The room was very good, very spacious with a very nice living room. The bathroom was also very nice and good decorated.

I loved how swift the check in process was. The staff was extremely polite and was there to ensure we do not feel troubled. Will surely come here again on the next visit.

Stay is decent, and is in good location. Would have been better if water and towels were provided. Also, the bidet in the washroom was leaking continuously. It would use a bit of maintenance.

During check in we didn't get rooms because rooms were full. The receptionist gave another room 2kms from the hotel and asked us to checkout at 7pm. So I paid for a night and checked out in 4 hours. Worst service at its peak.

We booked two rooms through oyo, but when we reached we were asked to do payment directly to the hotel room's bank account. The address given in their site was wrong, we had so much difficulty in finding the hotel. We tried contacting the hotel many times, but we got no reply. After reaching the hotel, we couldn't find anybody in the reception for atleast 20 minutes. The attitude of the manager was so arrogant, which I can't even describe. The other staff members were also showed unprofessional behavior. The room lacked basic amenities like a phone, water bottle and a clean towel and the rooms were not maintained neat. We were given two rooms in two different floors, even though the adjacent room was vacant. This was the worst experience I ever had and I would suggest everyone to please don't book any rooms in this place unless it is your last option.

The address listed on the website was incorrect, causing us significant trouble in locating the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times, but there was no response. When we finally arrived, the reception was unattended for at least 20 minutes. The manager's behavior was shockingly rude, and the rest of the staff were equally unprofessional. The room lacked basic essentials such as a phone, bottled water, and clean towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Despite an adjacent room being vacant, we were given rooms on different floors. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you have no other choice.
