They are not provided not even Basic dental kit, very bad for 500ml water bottle charging 30 Rupees

We had asked to check why the AC was not working and has reminded the staff 2 times throughout the day. Later we asked them the third time then the staff responded "If you don't like the room then why are you staying here". After a short quarrel they fixed the AC.

The hotel is situated on a busy main road with limited car park space. I stayed in the biggest room they offered and it had cockroaches everywhere. There was a cockroach on my pillow and stressful to sleep on and stains on the blanks and towels they provided. The bathroom was clean to be fair. Can't even open the windows for fresh air because of how loud the street is. There is air conditioning to stay cool. There are plenty of shops nearby and restaurants to eat at.

I have seen cockroach in one of the rooms.Bucket in the bathroom is old. Towels are old and worn out. Also even though I paid for my kid and my stay in advance in redBus,the hotel management said that they got details of only one adult and not my child.Then i called up fabhotel which is vain and blamed redBus..RedBus executive tried to convince the fabhotel management but they had asked redBus to update my stay as two adults in their website which was not possible. Finally the property management allowed us at 11.30 pm. Looks like Employees are not to be blamed, they are nice people but the fabhotel management handling is verybad.Even my redBus connected booking contact was not validated by fabhotel automated customer care. So the crux is Fabhotels is lethargic, unprofessional and not using latest updation into consideration.

When we called Fab Hotel they don't respond for Existing Customer who already booked a hotel via Fab Hotel but when you select Fresh booking option, within a second they picked a call. Now Hotel Review, I booked Hotel Name Via Nar Comforts, Chickpet Bengaluru. In this Hotel both Receptionist (Day & Night) useless, No Good behaviour with Customer, Not responding on Customer Query or Escalations. In the Room No Drinking Water, No Handwash Soap, No Clean Bed Sheets, Everything you want call Reception for Water/Soap/ AC Remote, Even When call for Bath Towel, They gave me Towel in Torn Situation. I booked the Hotel with Fab Hotel Website and added Room with Breakfast for Both Day. On first day they Said in the morning We will check and confirm you in half an hour and second day also they not provide breakfast in Room. I said please refund my two Days Breakfast amount which you not provide to me and their Receptionist refused to refund. Which Hotel provide you a water, Soap, Bath Towel after Guest Calling, Which customer chase Hotel for Providing Breakfast, These are a Hotel Responsibility to customer happy. Even on First day when I go to visit Places in Bengaluru and returned to hotel my Room was not cleaned, No cleaning service done on my room. Now in future I can't book any room in Anywhere via Fab Hotel. Really Frustrated with Services. Totally wasted Money

The hotel photos are not matching with the property, reaching the location with four wheeler is very risky, unhygienic location, rooms filled with cigarette odour, this property is not fab standard. 1st time had this much worse experience using fab property. The same property is running oyo also. Staff is also not cooperative.

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel based solely on its Google photos and description, as they are highly misleading. Most of the information presented online does not reflect the actual condition of the property. There was no hot water facility and no proper Wi-Fi. The room was neither clean nor well maintained as shown in the pictures. No water bottles were provided, and even the most basic amenities were missing. Hygiene standards were very poor—the bedsheets and pillowcases were old and dirty, and there was mould on the ceiling. We were extremely unhappy during our stay. At night, loud noise from the reception area could clearly be heard in the rooms, making it difficult to rest. The overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel was also difficult to locate. The entrance is not from the main road but from the backside, and there is no proper signage to guide guests. Additionally, although the Google listing mentioned that breakfast was included, no breakfast was provided. Even tea had to be paid for separately. Although the standard stay was from 12:00 noon to 11:00 a.m. the next day, the staff began insisting on checkout from 10:00 a.m. onwards, which was inconvenient. Although few staff members were polite and helpful. However, considering the poor maintenance, lack of hygiene, misleading information, missing amenities, and checkout pressure, I would not recommend booking this hotel. It does not match the description provided online.

I booked through Fab hotels hoping that they would choose the hotels with their minimum standard. Very cornerly located and difficult to reach that place as there are too many lanes inside and all dirty unhygienic places It was very below average room, washroom floor and closet were cleaned but there were cigarette buds on the washroom window. Room was smelling bad from AC . Bedsheets and linen though it was washed , were very old and worn. Also the guy on check out forcefully took extra money from us saying that the bedsheet is stained and asked to either buy them new bedsheet or give money. Because of lack of time, we had to pay that.. I request Fab hotels to remove such cheap hotels from their application and website.
