I recently stayed at Golf Inn Gurgaon for 3 days, The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. What really stood out, though, was the delicious breakfast – easily the best part of my stay. A great variety, fresh ingredients, and served with care – it really set the tone for each day. Overall, I highly recommend Golf Inn Gurgaon for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. A great combination of cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality!

First of all I booked this property through Make my trip and during registration care taker asked me mam you are regular here so why didn't you book this property directly. Secondly he told me sometimes rooms are not available so in that case it will cause inconvenience this time the room is available so you will get one. Then I told him I always booked this property through MMT and there was no trouble before. Then he told me let me see if you get the room next time if you booked through MMT. Thirdly there is a plumbing issue since I checked in under the sink and it is not resolved yet.

This is the worst experience I had in gurugram, the hotel staff was not supportive at all, they didn't provide water bottles, no one was picking up any calls, there is no AC remote available, I called like 5 times but no support available from any staff. Even the water bottle was not complimentary. At the check out they told me that you need to pay for water bottles and charged 30 ruppees each for 18 ruppees water bottles which is not legal btw. Wifi was real slow, no tv remote was available, no refrigerator even in their premium room, hotel staff was so rude and no one provide number of hotel manager. Worst experience ever!

They have serious issues of pest control. Blood sucking insects all over bed, cockroaches in bathroom almirah and every place. The owner kept calling from a day before yet asked me to cancel booking & go personally for which he charged more than usual price for the extra day. Food is bad as they give dry bread in name of breakfast. You will keep asking for water and they will send it after the whole day had passed. Won't recommend. Smoke smell was always there in corridors. Once someone from there staff even talked badly on phone and they didn't said anything. Overall unsafe and unhygienic. Even overcharged for laundry though my stay included a pair complimentary each day. Unethical and unprofessional

We made a booking through MMT where we saw positive reviews and pictures, but those were not true in reality, This is not a hotel or guest house; it's some individual's house, which is a dirty and unmanaged house. There was no signage as mentioned in the hotel pictures. No lift, and rooms are stinky, bedsheets were torn and dirty. The washrooms were super dirty, all these positive reviews and ratings seem like given by the owner of this house or his relatives. Please do not book this if you are planning to stay with your family, even if you are a solo traveller. i have attached pictures and videos so that all can see the reality of this so-called hotel.
