I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hote, From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, and cleaned. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The Comfort Inn was a great budget-friendly option. The room was clean and had all the basics—comfortable bed, TV, and a decent bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch, with cereal, eggs, and coffee. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the hallway. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

The room wasn’t up to the mark. Clean towel was provided only after asking. I connected with the service desk then only was provided with a temporary TV. Why do you endorse the room as deluxe? when what we get is a dirty floor. Bed with burnt bed sheets. Washroom with a broken door. No toiletries. And a stinking blanket.

The photos online must be from another planet because the room I got looked nothing like them. The moment I opened the door, I was welcomed by a pathetic, yuck smell that could knock anyone out. The staff? Rude, careless, and completely disobedient. Their solution to the horrible smell was to spray some cheap air freshener — as if that could hide the disaster in the room. The mattress and bedding were absolutely disgusting — old, dirty, and totally uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. A complete waste of money, total fraud, and easily the most pathetic and yuck hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor — don’t go there. Ever.

Dear Fab Hotels Team, I recently stayed at Fab Hotel VR Stays near Millennium City Centre, Gurgaon, and had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with a strong unpleasant smell coming from it. Due to the unhygienic environment, I had no option but to cancel my stay and book another hotel. To make matters worse, I have not received a refund of ₹1144, which I believe I deserve considering the poor condition of the property. I request you to please process my refund at the earliest. It was a very bad experience, and I hope Fab Hotels will take appropriate action to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction in the future.

I had worst experience here. Firstly they told me that all the rooms are full in hotel and gave me a room infront of that hotel which was of same owner, even though i paid in advance while booking from app. This room was not upto the mark and not worth the money they charged me. All the laundry was dirty and full of marks. They changed it on asking but later laundry was not different. It was a very thin blanket and it is very cold right now. Upon asking extra blanket they simply rejected it and said we don't have extra blanket. They said we can give you heater but it will be on chargeable basis. I called customer support and registered a complaint and then they gave me heater. If you are booking here and will be reaching a little late, please simply consider other options.
