The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is quite useful given how crowded the area can get. Road No. 4 tends to be busy from around 9:00 AM until as late as 2:00 AM, so plan your commute accordingly. Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.
