Dirty water supply in the entire washroom & no one cared about keeping common things in the washroom for my long stay.In a busy business trip, people don't even get time to talk much with hotel staff, common thinghs should be managed by them properly

Overall experience was pathetic.Me and my friend stayed there for a night and the experience was not less than a nightmare. Around 11 at night the staff kept knocking on the door asking for the key as someone from the next room lost his room keys and staff has no duplicate key to help that person. Even after refusing to open the door they kept calling us and knocking on our door. We being 2 girls staying there felt serious security and safety concerns. As we felt serious safety concerns, we won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

I have been staying with saltstayz & even with Oyo ..this time i tried Fab rooms just to check the quality but its more poor than OYO 800 price rooms.Overall poor experience and so I checked out on the same day.

The room was shady and not properly maintained. There was a lot of noise in the night outside of my room that led to disturbance of my sleep

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I stayed here for just a day and it was a complete nightmare. The service and condition of the hotel were beyond pathetic. Right from the start, the experience was a mess. The hotel owner at the reception was extremely rude and refused to let me check in just because I had booked the room at a discounted price. They insisted that I sort it out myself with the booking partner, completely washing their hands off the situation. I was left standing at the reception, tired and frustrated, wasting 1.5 hours trying to fix something that wasn’t even my fault. Once I finally got into the room, things only got worse. There were no slippers, no soap, and the first thing I saw were bugs crawling on the floor. I immediately complained, but no one came to help. I even went down to the reception to request a room change or at least some kind of pest control, but again – absolutely no action was taken. This hotel is a joke. The staff clearly doesn’t care, the cleanliness is non-existent, and the management is just plain awful. Save yourself the trouble – do not book this place, even if it looks like a good deal. It’s not worth the headache.
