The hotel is a 10 minie ride from Kachiguda station. There is a bar right adjacent to the hotel with an entrance door into the hotel lobby. We had booked our rooms online from Agoda and the room assigned to us was decent (but not worth the price charged). We were a family of three and the hotel management couldn't provide us with an extra pillow, surprisingly. Few of the rooms have a musty smell, damp walls and defunction lights. The staff at the reception are professional. Better management and renovation of rooms are much needed. If you have an option, better to book another hotel.
This property does not match Fab standards. It does not have a FabExpress signboard as shown in the photo. The building is old; while they do provide clean rooms and decent service, the interiors are not up to the mark. I was asked to pay ₹300 for early check in but I refused as it was mentioned complementary in booking. It would be great if the offer is clearly explained to the property manager or office
Good/Pros - Hotel location is very good. All toursist places are at comfortable distance. Commutation is easy. Bads/Cons: 1. Breakfast provided is only south Indian. No other menu or buffet system. 2. Charging extra money for drinking water. 3. Online booking is risky because Room was booked for 3 adults and a child. But, only one small room with very poor extra mattress was provided where a person has to sleep below wall mounted TV. 4. If we ask or complain about any issue about room, incharge says, you only booked such room online. 5. Previously For January stay, december bookinngs were done by customer support team. * hotel stay is comfortable but dont get bullied by online booking. * Value for money against overall amount spent for what you get can be rated 6/10.
I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel in Hyderabad. From the moment we checked in, the service and overall condition of the property were far below expectations. We booked through fab and paid extra for early checkin. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us room and staff told there is only premium room and we need to take it. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. It felt like customer service was not a priority for them. The facilities advertised online did not match reality. Several things either weren’t available or were in poor condition. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad, and I definitely won’t be staying here again
The rooms are so dirty. It’s not as shown in photos they share while we are booking. And early morning there will be no hot water to take a shower. I really don recommend this hotel for anybody. Very bad room. Not at all hygiene. Worst bathrooms.
Really I feel very bad experience. When I go to check in I found the rooms are very dirty even there is dust on the table no cleaness, coachroch in the bathroom room and some bad smell coming. I cancelled my booking and find some other hotel So, my advice is to don't book from Fab hotel app. They're showing fake room picture in their website. I claimed for refund but still I didn't receive money. And one more my advice to Fab hotel management please go and check properly hotel rooms conditions before posting into your website. It's good for your business and your customer.
Our stay at Via Deccan Heritage Hotel was very disappointing. 1. The rooms did not look the same as the photos uploaded online — very misleading. 2. The property is not properly maintained. 3. Basic facilities were not provided, such as towels, soap, and other essentials. 4. The rooms look very old and poorly kept. 5. Even local people have a bad opinion about this hotel, which says a lot. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
"This is not just a bad hotel; it’s an absolute nightmare! Staying here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by **a stench of filth** and neglect. The rooms were nothing short of disgusting—**stained bedsheets**, **unwashed pillowcases**, and **floors covered in dust and hair**. The bathroom was a horror show with **mold, cockroaches, and leaking pipes**. The air conditioning was practically non-functional, and the room felt like a sauna. The Wi-Fi? A joke. The signal was so weak it might as well not exist. There was no hot water, and the towels provided looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The staff? Don’t even bother expecting help. They were **rude, completely untrained**, and acted like they were doing me a favor by simply being there. Requests for room service or even basic necessities like clean towels were ignored. The manager was equally incompetent, brushing off complaints with a shrug. The so-called complimentary breakfast was a health hazard. The food was **stale, cold, and tasted horrible**, and the dining area was crawling with flies and filth. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog! To make matters worse, the location is unbearably noisy with no soundproofing, so forget about getting any sleep. It’s clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or even basic human decency. **Please, for your own sake, DO NOT visit this hotel.** It’s a waste of money, time, and peace of mind. You’d be better off sleeping in your car or staying literally anywhere else. This place should be shut down immediately!
The hotel staff was pathetic! Over my two days stay, I wasn't given a single bottle of water, my room wasn't cleaned, linen wasn't changed and when I asked for the bottle of water on day-1 of my stay, I was told that I've already taken it! Strongly recommend nobody stays in this property, though it's centrally located, staff is horrible and the price for the quality of the room isn't justifiable. Linen is old, bed-mattress is uncomfortable, and nobody bothers to tell you what your booking includes. I wasn't told if there's WiFi, or if I am entitled to any complimentary breakfast (though I was fasting, yet, I would expect the reception to give these days at the time of check-in)
Hi This was with respect to my stay in fab hotel DeccanHeritage as per this booking. I am raising this post my stay on because I had my sister staying with me and did not want to put her in bother in complaining at a place where I myself did not feel secure. Firstly while doing my booking itself I had asked if this was a proper fab property or not and the reservation team had said a€˜yesa€™. Upon my arrival I saw nothing as per fan other than two phamplets placed on reception desk. The staff there also was not from fab and they where telling ita€™s hotel Deccan heritage. The rooms also was very unlike my previous fab experience, with stained toilet and old linens. There was no water bottles in my room and I was charged 40 for the two bottles when I asked for them. Also on the breakfast offered, my previous fab experience had buffet breakfast served in very nice restaurants. But this time what was offered was to order prior night between idli, dosa or Upma. I ordered soda which was served to me as a parcel which seemed to me as a parcel picked from any road side restaurant with no proper packing or plates to dine on. The tea served along was in flask and cups a decade older. On top of this, room boy over there with this pan chewed mouth looked as if one seen in local hotels and you also have cleaning staff who asked me for a€˜chai ka paisaa€™ doing nothing. Traveling along with my sister, I had refrained myself from booking cheap alternatives like oyo, just because I wanted to give her comfort and safety, with which my previous fab experience was truly fabulous. But this time, I felt cheated and is terrifically angered that this had happened even after me consulting the fab booking help before doing my reservation. I had thought thy fab can be my go to hotel in any city but this experience will surely think upon that and I would now prefer something else. Hope that you atleast address my concern. Thanks NIRMAL
