We are very Happy with our Stay..Everything was absolutely perfect
The Hotel was beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. I would definitely stay there again
absolutely lovely and helpful staff and facilities were good. The staff at the hotel main entrance are very helpful.A smile makes all the difference id say!
Staff were all very helpful. Food was great! Room was very clean and comfortable. Very luxiorous hotel. Highly recommend
The staff and the Hotel is good, location is good, good connectivity, fast service they give breakfast complimentary. but the rooms are old, don't get fooled by the pictures, the rooms are clean but they seem old. no windows or ventilation so need to turn on AC every time. other than that within budget a good option.
You get what you pay for, which is exactly what I needed. Room is sparse but has the essentials. Bathroom has a nice cold and warm shower. You can order from a huge selection of foods to your room. They gave me complementary breakfast which was a nice way to start my day. The neighborhood is super busy and not the safest (I’m a man with experience). But there is an amazing Mughal restaurant around the corner that I kept visiting. It’s close to the airport which is nice.
Nice hospitality, good bed, cooperative staff, good social sense, food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room felt more like a jail cell than a place to rest. There was no ventilation at all, which made it suffocating and uncomfortable. On top of that, there were leakages all over the place, with water dripping and damp patches that gave off a terrible smell. The room was very small and cramped, leaving hardly any space to move around. The cleanliness was below basic standards, and the overall maintenance of the property seemed completely neglected. Even basic amenities were either missing or not functional. The atmosphere was gloomy, noisy, and far from relaxing. For the price being charged, the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even the most basic level of comfort
Horrible Stay – Never Again! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy and smelled disgusting. The entire room reeked of a stinking odor, the AC kept leaking water, and the damp walls made the place feel unhygienic and unsafe. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was the worst of its kind – rude, unhelpful, and completely careless about guests’ problems. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this hotel if you value your money and peace of mind!
Though the room tariff being charged is medium, the services provided doesn't commensurate with it. They are charging Rs.2108 for single occupancy for a single night, even without breakfast. The telephone instrument put inside the room is just a toy. Not even toothpaste is provided, even on request. Had a bitter experience.
