    "Very bas service by fab. The booking amount finalized in call was 4200 . I did part advance payment after that reached at hotel & they were not agreed with this amount and did the gave us check in . In future will never even try to book fabhotel booking & not refer anyone. i felt too much ambaarance. Also hotel gave us too much cold breakfast."

    "Too much humidity in the room due to not having a single window in the room. Ac was fine but they didn't provide remote to control temperature, there was a centipede in the room on 2nd day morning.staff was helpful and eager to provide all posible services they can and also the pricing was much cheaper compared to other hotels but giving 3star to the hotel is i think little bit much. For budget hotel and requirements of small things can be easily manage by nearly markets. And there was a leaking cealing of washroom. Its a budget hotel so don't expect much"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "Truly impressive management of this hotel..the people are too good...staff and all management team handle guests very very well..we were a family and initially skeptical when we checked in and had 5 days to go but found them very friendly to deal. they never said no to anything but gave their best attempt for anything we asked in 5 days of our stay. Premium rooms are small but we changed to executive rooms on second day and it had sufficient space to manage. We are planning to stay again in our next Mumbai visit ..thanks to RK!!"

    "Extremely Disappointing Stay at Fab Express by Kurla Inn - Avoid at All Costs I recently booked a 3-day stay at Fab Express by Kurla Inn, primarily for its proximity to the airport, but I had to check out within 24 hours due to the appalling conditions and lack of basic amenities. Security Concerns: There was no security presence at the hotel, which was concerning. The hotel staff appeared indifferent to their duties, lounging casually on the reception area's couch rather than maintaining a professional demeanor. Room Condition: The room we were assigned was in terrible condition. A part of the door inside was broken, and no keys were provided, which left us feeling unsafe. The fan made an unbearable noise, forcing us to turn it off. The air conditioning unit emitted a smoky smell as soon as it was turned on, making the room suffocating and unusable. Space and Cleanliness: The room was extremely small, with barely any space to move around, making entry, exit, and even accessing the washroom difficult. The cleanliness of the room was also severely lacking. The dustbin was not emptied before our arrival, containing dirty items from previous guests. The walls were filthy, and the bedsheets, stored inside a wardrobe full of dust and a spider, were unusable. False Advertising: We had booked through @Agoda.com, relying on the images posted online, which depicted a much higher standard of accommodation. However, the room we received was far below expectations, leaving us feeling cheated. Despite our attempts to contact both Agoda and Kurla Inn for a refund, we were met with a frustrating lack of response, with each party deflecting responsibility to the other. Our experience at @Fab Express Kurla Inn was profoundly disappointing. The poor room quality, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate service make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel. I strongly advise against booking here, especially through Agoda, as it appears others have had similar negative experiences. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."

    "Rooms I've given 3 star bcz it's not worthy of money compare to location. Rooms are very small and water is dripping from roof in washroom. Location is bit scary as it's completely looks like slum but people at the reception area very nice and they help me with the smooth checkin and also know hospitality very well but no room amenities were placed in the room and I booked with breakfast but no bkf on the first day,came here for the quick visit overall ok ok stay."
