Was the best stay of my life so far. Best staff Spacious rooms Polite receptionist Quality food Peaceful stay
Hotel offers an outstanding stay with a prime location that balances central connectivity and neighborhood calm. The atmosphere is warm, modern, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and extremely comfortable, delivering excellent value for money. Cleanliness is impeccable across rooms and common areas. Despite the convenient location, noise levels remain pleasantly low, ensuring restful sleep. Service is attentive, courteous, and consistently efficient. Amenities are well-maintained and practical, covering everything needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, quality, and reliability, making it an excellent choice for leisure travelers here.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location everything else was disappointing. The service is not up to the mark at all. Water supply in the washroom is unreliable and can stop at any time, which is very inconvenient. The washroom exhaust fan was not working. Surprisingly, they even charge for drinking water there is no complimentary water provided. If you call the reception for any assistance, they respond only as per their own convenience, not promptly. Overall, I would recommend booking a room here only in case of an emergency.
Worst experience with Fabhotel. Customer service was good but the condition of room and bathroom extremely bad. Very disappointed with the first time booking with Fabhotel
*Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended* I had the worst experience at **FabHotel Pulse Impulse**, located in Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. Nothing was as shown in the photos online — the actual condition of the rooms and facilities was completely different from what was advertised. There was no proper Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay, which made it very inconvenient. Most of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, except for the manager who was the only polite and understanding person there. Communication with the rest of the staff was extremely difficult. Hygiene was a major concern. There were mice running around the property, and one even chewed and damaged my bag. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and even the towels provided were dirty. The hotel is located on the main road, and the traffic noise was at its peak throughout the day and night, which made the stay very uncomfortable and uneasy. Drinking water was not provided complimentary. Instead, they charged ₹30 for a bottle that normally costs ₹20, which felt unreasonable. Even after all the inconvenience and loss we faced due to the poor conditions, the hotel did not offer any concession, compensation, or support, which was very disappointing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
Never recommending nor using fabhotels ever. 1. Booked F9 NFC hotels by advance payment for 6th, however the said gave room to others. Moreover they said they were gonna mark us as NO SHOW whereas i confirmed I was reaching. I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens and my kid who is only 5 years old and my wife. I booked 2 rooms. It was the worse experience roaming around Delhi for hotel as they allotted rooms and provided booking confirmation also. Overall worse, thank you FABHOTELS, no chance I will ever use fabhotels.
Terrible, no towel, washroom door cracked, no cleanliness,
If anyone is booking this hotel in advance, please be aware these people will tell more amount when you reach there. We had booked one day earlier by calling them directly inorder to confirm it rather than booking on the booking apps available. We have told an amount at the time of booking and we had paid 25% advance and booking was confirmed. When we reached there at night around 7 pm. There were asking more amount to pay, and we have called the staff who helped in booking directly the day before , the staff suddenly saying we need to pay this much, as we didn’t have option and time to argue , we just let it go, so if anyone is choosing this hotel please keep these things in mind and im suggesting not to book these scam hotels.
Please ignore this place for staying. The photos are very much misleading as this place has not been renovated for more than a decade. We booked a room for 1650 rupees as mentioned by their customer associate on phone call. We paid an amount of 470 as advance. Once we reached the hotel, they mentioned that the room fare is 1890. It not about the extra money we had to pay, its about the trust we have in the hotels own booking system. It was cheap of them to rip us off for a couple of hundreds. Will not be booking stay under FabHotel anymore, this was my first experience and its been the worst
