Room walls are damaged at lot of locations the lift is not available from ground floor as hotel reception is at 1st floor every time you need to ask these staff to get a card and wait long to use it from ground floor as I was travelling with old people

It was in pathetic condition. Property doesn't have proper lighted signage, booking confirmation was not readily available at reception, property overall condition was in pathetic condition, first offered a non AC room at dump roof level, changed to ground floor, AC remote not provided for temperature adjustment, Lenin was in pathetic condition, used towel offered (I need to use my own), toilet feeting damaged - no water- I had to use common toilet, water supply was restricted, drinking water not provided, staff behaviour non professional and rude, FAB simply exploited my paid booking, I never stayed in such a pathetic condition hotel - the worst experience in life,it seems the property is been used for convenience of 'couples'. I am going to expose my experience with FAB hospitality widely in social media. Feel SORRY to continue choosing FAB - obviously last chance.

The worst experience i have ever had, Book only if you want to waste your hard earned money. They don't have basic amenities... Television cable connection was not working, The toilet seat was leaking urine onto the floor, The AC remote was not accessible, The Landline connection was not available every time you asked for something then call it from your own cell phone, They never send toiletries without asking

First the location was incorrect it was inside narrow streets, secondly its not a hotel but a dorm type small tidy room which i didnt expected from fabhotel, also the image is fake and ai generated, also parking is not available at the hotel. Its totally a different hotel listed and totally different image, its like 300-400 rupees room not more than it but is listed at 1500
