The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. right from the beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel did not allow me to check in on time and created unnecessary issues regarding the tariff. they refused to let my guests in and forced me to pay an extra 700 rupees for just a couple of hours, which was never mentioned in advance. on top of that, the rooms we were given looked nothing like what was shown on the website – what we got felt more like a poorly maintained two-star hotel. the cleanliness was subpar, the rooms were small and not at all up to the mark, and the overall environment felt misleading and disappointing. the staff was shockingly rude and aggressive. during checkout, they insisted on some absurd early checkout policy and even asked me to leave my bags outside, despite the fact that i had paid and checked in. their behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful throughout. this was hands down the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. i strongly urge others to stay away from this place – it’s not worth your money, time, or peace of mind.

Brilliant hotel, extremely clean, very friendly and courteous staff, big and spacious rooms and bathrooms.
