Staying at the Cabana Hotel in Greater Kailash-1 was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and tended to my every need. The room was cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it the perfect retreat after a long day exploring New Delhi. The team at the hotel went out of their way to help with anything I needed, from suggesting great local restaurants to organizing city tours. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable.
This is a late review of the experience at Hotel Cabana. Booked through Treebo. There were no toiletries provided (except for towels). Had a great stay at this place. Thing to note is that this is located in a residential neighborhood, there are limited restaurants around the hotel. You either have to opt for hotel food or order online. It was late check-in around 1AM - I was quickly assigned to a room (I had called previous night about my late check-in). So your call to their landline number will get answered. Breakfast was very good and staff attended to all my requests. I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no network reception. Also wifi strength was very weak, had to place the phone near the door.
Fab Hotel Cabana Hotel is located in Greater Kailash 1. It is on the main road which is very good . A few tourist attractions are close by from here which is also good. Food is very good here but if you want to explore you have many restaurants nearby. Shopping is no problem as M block market is just a few minutes walk from here . Connectivity is also no issue here. If you come here in your own vehicle parking is no issue as it is available. The hotel inside is kept clean with the help desk at the entrance. The rooms are small but for Delhi standard they are big . Amenities are plenty. Staff are kind courteous and helpful.
I ordered a thali the tase was not good and I havent eat the meal. I told this to receptionist but still they charged full amount of the thali. This was not good I will not recommend to order food inside the hotel.
The place has low/no network and they have pathetic connection to wifi. You're basically living in a cut-off zone in this age and time. The rooms are neat and tidy, so is the washroom, clean linen too. The staff is not rude, but just unbothered. The food is just about edible, far to comment about the taste. One thing I hated about the place was that within 10 min post serving dinner in the room, someone came in to get the food bill cleared and barged into the room. The courtesy of waiting at the door was missing and the insistence on clearing the bill in cash was brash. It could've easily been kept for clearance at the time of check-out but this was rather rude. Location and rooms were just about fine.
very poor management also the girl who is in reception he also judging by looks and not proper response and also even when I said that there is no hot water available and please switch on the hot water so they denied and tell me that for one room we did not on the geyser.. also when I order food from outside they are like were not giving any plates and all very poor management seriously very disappointed I think the Fab hotel will take any serious action I also complaint where is time to customer complaint and then when I used customer complain the reception girl was calling me and telling that why you are complaining and all very poor management please dont stay and dont waste money..
Extremely disappointing experience — and unfortunately, not just once. I’ve stayed at Treebo Cabana 4–5 times now, hoping for improvement each time, but the issues remain the same. The bathrooms consistently have empty bottles — no shampoo or body wash provided. The rooms suffer from poor construction quality, with dampness and seepage in every one I’ve stayed in (a total of 6 different rooms). There's a persistent, unpleasant smell. The linens and pillows are in terrible condition — stained and unhygienic. If you remove the covers, you’ll see what I mean. It’s off-putting enough to make anyone feel sick. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The manager, in particular, comes across as inexperienced and lacking basic hospitality training. It’s clear that the owner is banking on the location and not investing anything into the upkeep of the property. To add to the frustration, they are very strict about check-out — expect multiple calls pushing you to leave by 11 AM. Yet, check-in isn’t allowed until 3 PM. If you request a late checkout (say, until 6 PM), they demand ₹2,000 extra — which is absurd considering the night stay itself costs ₹2,300. I usually don’t go into this much detail, but I feel compelled to warn others: this is not a hotel I would recommend. Avoid it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful experience.
