My overall stay at the hotel was good. The water supply, geyser, and staff service were satisfactory, and the cleanliness was decent. However, despite the cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom, which slightly affected the experience. If this issue is addressed, the overall stay can be much better.

Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

He ask me advance payment for booking I've paid 600 advance. However, upon check-in, I'm being asked 2461 (2361 rent + 700 early check-in). The lift/elevator was not working, the entrance was quite shabby looking , the hotels shares a building with another hotel and a bank.the linen had cigarette burns, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them.
