1 AverageIf you have any plans to be in business i suggest you audit a property before adding to your portfolio. i booked for admiral suites and you changed it to this signature plaza. i have canceled one of the day stay for two rooms and want a refund. the other reservation was made for parameswaran for the same dates. please ensure that you refund for two rooms for one daySuresh, 2 Dec

2 AverageI will never book this hotel, they showed different pictures in the fab app. i booked premium room but they gave us deluxe room. the bedsheet was very dirty which they changed after calling them 5 times..ac was not cooling, water leaked from the ac which we informed them but they didn’t' respond... it was a horrible night for us.Arundhati Biswas, 18 Jun

2 AverageI have seen the pictures of room in the app is highly good but in real they were terrible bad and i had to pay for this a very high amount. this was the mistake by the fab hotel because they have shown the wrong image of the room and then said we will check it and they didn't do anything after i already complaint itAamir Aftab, 25 Jul

3 GoodThere was no option for breakfast except pratha, cold water was not available in entire hotel, fridge was available but was not working,toiletries was not provided except for a soap, handwash was not producing any lather hence it was ineffective.staff member mr. manoj was very cooperative n helpfull.Amit Khanijo, 17 Apr

5 FabulousWhen we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.Anil Kumar, 15 May
