Booked the hotel for my brother inlaw and my sister and this is what happened they came back in evening to sleep and the room was looking at it's worst with bad smell in the room. but the surprise was waiting for them when they lifted the blanket and found so many bed bugs roaming on the bed. i am sharing the images and videos. they checked out and checked into another hotel and mentioned in the checkijt register about bed bugs. if you want to verify with your staff. i want my refund and i should be compensated for this pathetic experience at your fab hotel

Location is good between 2 metro station but hotel needs to upgrade...fan not working....flush not working properly.....water shortage on last day of trip....restaurant service is poor and limited..door is hard and difficult to open and lift not working....entry to hotel is from a gully and not in front of main road .....although staff behavior and response is good .....this hotel is good if you are single and go for work in delhi only for purpose of resting at night.....this hotel is not suitable for couple or family
