Staff are cordial but the room alloted stenched a lot specially morning time. Geyser not working and panel of window was also broken and waiting to fall.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

First impression were worst as they gave me some damaged room, keede the har jagah, not even clean , then at evening time other staff changed my room which were good,clean and can say worthy......Food awesome, staff achha hai but dn feel management is good enough 3* is just for staff and food...not for rooms

Cheap but dirty rooms, staff with poor English skills, very noisy street.

AVOID! The hotel tried to scam us. We booked it on booking.com and paid in full online, and even though they confirmed our booking a few times when we arrived to the hotel at night that said they don't accept online bookings and have to pay again and much more. We had small children and they didn't care.

There was a lot of issues with cleanliness there were hair on the Bedsheets and the worst part was room key was not handed over hence I had to stay back in the room bathroom was extremely unclean overall very upsetting and disgusting experience

First of all..they took lot of time to Check in..My app was showing a different amount and they were asking for a different amount. After i was about to pay online,they agreed for the amount shown on the app. Next they didnt not even allow my parents for an hour on the pretext of hotel policies. I wonder what kind of policies do they have which dont even allow parents. Next morning they ran out of water. I was in washroom and there was no water. I have to sit on toilet seat for an hour. Neither water nor they had tissues in toilet. When i contacted the reception, they were like receptionist is about to come, you can talk to her. For the first time i had such a terrible experience at Fab Hotels. Next, when i booked hotel for 2 persons,they should have given two towels. But they gave only one towel and one shop. No bodywash aur shampoo was provided.

Terrible experience. I booked this place (Gross International Near IGI Airport) via MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t even exist there. I got a call from someone asking me to go to a completely different hotel, claiming it’s the same booking. Once I reached, they refused to check me in unless I paid ₹750 extra in cash, despite my confirmed booking. I was sick and had traveled straight from the airport, but still got no help even after calling MakeMyTrip support three times. I was forced to leave and find another hotel at my own cost. Completely fraudulent setup — avoid at all costs.

I had reached the hotel at 9 pm despite advance payment they had provided me a room which is very small in size and was opposite to kitchen the room has TV but not working. Overall experience pathetic BAKWAS manager was rude not recommending anybody to stay there. Also Fabhotel has lost their image as this is their responsibility as I had paid money to them.
