    We had booked 2 nights at the hotel transit via oyo rooms. we had a very bad experience at the hotel. though being certified as good hotel by cleartrip,and good reviews on trip advisor our experience was bad.\n we reached in the morning at about 9 am, asked for our bookings, so were said that the booking is from 11 am on that day. my uncle and aunty were staying there since previous night, so we kept the luggage in their room and went for sightseeing, before going we informed at the reception that they can keep the room ready and we will check in as we return back. a representative from oyo was also there and she assured us that there will be no problems in getting the rooms ready. \nwhen we returned in the evening, we asked the person at the reception whether our room was ready. he asked us whether we have a booking. we told him to check the record, as the person who was there in the morning must have checked us in and kept the room ready. instead of checking the record he started misbehaving, telling us that he didnt know about it, as that person had not told him. he again asked for our booking reference, by that time we had already got angry. he took my dads cell for seeing the booking id, but as we got angry on him, he just put the phone down saying that he will look at it only when the executive from oyo comes. we were made to wait for some time. oyo person came and confirmed our booking, wherein also there was an error. it showed checked in oyo records, and the person at reception denied it. being tired from the whole day outing, we were made to wait for so long before being given the room. the room that was initially given did not have the a/c controller, and we had to again complain to get the room changed.\nthe staff behaved very badly, especially the person at the reception showed the lousiest behaviour i have ever come across in the hospitality industry. i will never ever go back to this hotel and will think a lot before even doing any booking through oyo.

    By a rough estimate there seems to be 200+ hotels on the stretch where this property is located. bang opposite the delhi international airport, right next to the elevated highway connecting delhi with rajasthan or punjab. fabhotel is a bit inside a narrowish lane going in from that hotel infested stretch and i was a bit apprehensive about landing up in yet another windowless luxury jail cell. but the large room i was allotted, thankfully had one window with decent view of the sky. though not a suite as mentioned in my booking, the room was surprisingly large and spacious with a lovely big bathroom to boot. all the eletricals and fittings, including the 32 flatscreen works. the central ac was comfortable while not freezing beyond control. the queen bed was comfy and firm but the linens looked dated. but they were clean and smelled fresh. there was a comfortable and wide sofa, but placed in a manner which made it useless to tv viewing! there's a decent work table stretching along the tv wall. there are adequate power outlets and the lights are bright and cheery. all the electrical switches however are placed on a panel right next to the door, which means it's a pain at bedtime! or in the middle of the night. the bathroom fittings too looked old, though clean an functional as expected. water flow could have been better but a private geyser takes the uncertainty out of typical hot water scenarios. though i never used that, it seemed to be in a working condition. the corridors are wide with clearly marked exits. the lift takes an eternity to start up though! room service menu is very predictable and a typical mishmash of so called multicuisine! all the items on the menu were on the expensive side. the property however allows guests to bring in or order food, which saved me. service is brisk, professional and efficient. overall a fantastic value for money stay. both gurgaon and delhi are close enough and app cabs are available round the clock. i recommend the property.

    I have always heard good reviews about fab hotels that's why i choosed this hotel. i booked a suite room thinking it'll be really good as shown during the booking time but the place was so shady. the bathroom was like as no one has used it for months, no toiletries, and one whole big corner of bathroom was covered with some kind of insects colony. it was just like a cheap station hotel. when i asked about why the lights are so dim, the guys was smiling as if i am his uncle's son taking me so granted while saying we have only this much lights. he said rest of the lights were not in working mode. during check out when i mentioned about that guy, receptionist asked him to go inside for his misbehaving nature. and the guy was so pissed off that while going inside he was literally abusing me for making the note of his bad attitude. i found at some places only empty holes where there with out any lightings installed on it. the floor of the room was already covered with cigarette ash and burnt match sticks. water glasses were so full of stains as if they had been just put upside down after use. i am going to write this review on online platforms also as the room and the staff was not at all worth the amount i paid for it. it was a dark place with no serious attention for customer facilities and satisfaction. sorry to inform you but when you are in customer services business, it should be your priority to look after your facilities and train the staff properly. i arrived in india after 7 months from us, and it was the worst experience i ever had with any other hotel room. here, i am writing to show my sincere displeasure about your services at fab hotels. i hope some serious changes and sincere training could have been done as harm to your prestigious chain has already started by your employees. with regards ashish kumar

    Wrost hotel in mahipalpur thair staff are tipical no manners, amenities 0 i'm sharing my experience i vipin tiwari made a booking thru your aap for 19 to 21 in your fab transit hotel mahipalpur i join hotel on 20th around 0.45 am and same day i made complaint for tv not working and i sleep in night very morning i move for my works and made against complaints and when i reach in my hotel around 0.35 pm on 21st but tv was not repaired for the same i maid again complaints then reception person says that it will done on tomorrow then i tell them it's your system with behaving or treating customers they said that on night what we do then i said that change the room hey said no we will not change the room and when i warn that i will left hotel he said no problem that's your choice i place order of bed tea around 8.50am and after several reminders it's comes to meet around 10am i again warn them once i came to reception he said that no issue for us and they give us bill of fooding i checkout hotel in late night and when i am leaving office he said that take your this bills for compalnts against us and the invoice is also wrong without gst number and post time and date if such service your partners will give us your all customers will loose so i advise plz don't do business with them if you wand become number 1 brand in hotel industries for your reference i will attache video and payment receipt and froud invoice of your channel partner and i will send it to gst consil also because it's without gst invoice and froud with government i maid two days payment of 24 hrs stay i like your branding style me and my coligus will never use fab hotels because i share my experience with them nothing to say know all depends on you video also i have if you required i wil send you latter room no 3005

    Eˆ‰ tuvimos un problema importante con este hotel y es que la direccia³n que tienen puesta en booking esta¡ mal, a pesar de que hemos visto otro comentario reciente diciendo lo mismo, en el momento de escribir esto aaºn no la han corregido. lo peor es que cuando por fin dimos con el cartel con el nombre del hotel, no se entraba por aha­, si no por otra entrada en una calle lateral. pero es que cuando nos acercamos para preguntar vinieron unos 5 botones de hoteles cercanos intentando llevarse nuestras maletas, como no saba­amos todava­a da³nde (narices) estaba el hotel les dijimos que no se las llevaran, se enzarzaron en una discusia³n con nuestro conductor que evidentemente no entendimos y nos dijo que eran muy mal hablados. al final llegamos a la recepcia³n y el personal siguia³ siendo bastante desagradable. probablemente no hubiera ocurrido lo mismo si hubia©ramos hablado el mismo idioma y nos hubia©ramos podido entender con las primeras personas con las que nos encontramos. el resto del personal con el que tratamos, y los de recepcia³n del da­a siguiente fueron ma¡s amables. para ir a desayunar hay que atravesar el hotel, salir a la calle entrar en otro edificio y subir una planta. eˆ‡ viajamos cuatro personas y pedimos dos habitaciones. una era fanta¡stica, enrome, con todos los muebles nuevos, el baa±o tambia©n enorme y limpa­simo, la decoracia³n muy bonita, con sala de estar. la otra tambia©n estaba muy bien, igual de grande, con sala de estar, el baa±o muy bien, bonita, pero los muebles estaban ma¡s gastados, ola­a a tabaco y las sa¡banas estaban manchadas. esta¡ muy cerca del aeropuerto, menos de 10 minutos. conociendo el tra¡fico de delhi es una buena opcia³n si hay que coger un avia³n temprano.

    It's not a three star hotel.\r\n\r\nthe guy at the reception was the rudest receptionist i've ever come across. i was with my wife and had planned a short stay because of connecting flights. we had booked this hotel moment we landed, i don't know why he wasn't even in a mood to show us the room. the location was horrible. from the map it seemed that the hotel is on highway, but it is not. it is on a narrow street full of filth.\r\n\r\nthe issue was, my wife had only a pan card as an id proof. he said that since it doesn't have address written on it, he won't let us to stay. whereas pan card was well accepted by hotel radisson blu where i once stayed which is far better in terms of security. he denied us the stay straight away as he knew that they have a no-refund policy which i overlooked. it cost me around 3000 for which there was no refund.\r\n\r\nthese people had an intention to cheat the customers, they were rude, arrogant and cheap. he could have easily allowed me to stay but he made a choice otherwise. they were staring at us as if i'm there for a hanky-panky time with a girlfriend!\r\n\r\nnot expected from a 3-star hotel. when you pay 3000 you expect courtesy or at least a smile! they have no respect for customers. that was surely the worst choice of hotel. do not book this hotel. there are plenty of hotels like classic diplomat much near to aerocity metro station which was good.\r\n\r\nplease avoid this hotel. once you reach there they will make you feel as if you're a needy person and they're doing a favour on you.
