3.5 GoodRight from the time i arrived till departed, i have been amazed by the service provided. the check in was smooth and heart warming. instead of me waiting in a queue, they had me sit and came up to me with their tab to get the checkin procedure done which gave me my first moment of relaxation.Shankar Kumar, 6 Nov

1 AverageI had a terrible experience here. i will seriously recommend all my friends, family and relatives not to accommodate here. i just stayed here because it has a collab with the fabhotels team, but unfortunately everything went unexpected. the counter manager charged me additional charges other than the fabhotel invoice. and i was with my relative/friend, he forced us to pay the additional amount at the last moment when we had a train and he didnt allowed us to take our luggage. this is seriously untolerable and i personally recommend not to go with these kind of hotels. this collab must be withdrawn otherwise we may have some trust issues with fabhotels team too. must response. waiting for you reply.Amit, 14 Apr

2 AverageFirst of all the location is not that great, very dirty surrounding. hotel does not have card swiping facility and insisting to pay on entry and that too only cash payment. room condition is bad and washbasin taps are not proper, leakages and water spills. bathroom does not have curtains. pathetic old boilers are being used for hot water. no breakfast being provided though it is mentioned. overall my experience with hotel jaggi palace is worst and i do not recommend this to anybody.Shrihari Bhoga, 27 Nov

1 AverageHot water was not provided as when asked it was given in the advertisement while booking room they said it would cost extra for water heater and then room was smelly and full of liquor smell and no room fresheners were used while cleaning the room... bed bugs all over the room room cleaning horrible. flush wasn't working properly... overall pathetic was my stay...Moneshwar S, 7 Dec

5 FabulousExcellent customer service representative, staff is well mannered and well educated, good location, nearby metro station, walking distances from karol bagh market, very close to the railway station, room is neat and clean, food quality and quantity was awesomely prepared by chef, value for money, covid 19 preparedness and contactless check allover was superb stay.Amandeep Singh, 8 Nov

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianRishi, 15 Jul
