"My Stay in Fab Hotel King's Court was awesome. I want to mention name of Mr. Naval who is doing a great job at the reception desk. His Attitude towards work and ethics is an example to see for all of the hotel staff. One point I want to mention that on 31 December 2017 hotel staff denied to serve drinks and dinner in room while they were having party in Pool side, they actually forced us to enjoy their instead of having some private quality time in room. So they need to understand that if client requests for something they need to understand their perspective instead of being rigid on the same. All in all we had a fabulous stay at the hotel and we will surely recommend this to other clients."

"Excellent Hotel, well maintained and Good Hospitality. 10/10 It's my 3rd time in Goa and 1st time in Fabhotel The King's Court Stayed for 3 nights 16-18 July 2017 and I feel i will stay again in this hotel, next time. will review in pointwise- 1) Rooms are spacious, neat and cleaned. 2) All required modern amenities are present. 3) Staff is helpful. 4) Room service done everyday. 5) 5mins Bike ride to Baga beach and Calangute beach. most imp adjacent to main road connecting North Goa spots. 6) Good swimming pool, provides towel there itself. 7) Good Breakfast. worth staying here, don't think much just book here in case you are confused where to stay in Goa."

"I am frequent traveler and I stay always 5 Star hotel like raddison, lalit , lementree etc but no hotel restricted outside guest in your room. I was staying this hotel and one of my cousin who was working in Panjim came to meet me but this hotel doesn't allowed him inside my room. Also most important I reached hotel early morning at 7.30 and I requested to hotel guys to give us early check in but he straight forward denied and asked for extra fair though hotel room was available. which is really worse things hotel like taj ,hyat never ask for extra charge for early check in . I will never recommend this hotel where you don't get respect."

"WiFi did not work for 2 days out of the 3 days that I stayed there. Rest all, they were amazing, great hospitality, great cook. The staff were very cordial, helpful and was always available for service no matter what hour that is. Front desk folks were also very friendly and prompt with their services. Another thing - complimentary bottle of water per room is 2 500ml bottles, which definitely is not sufficient for 2 adults; however on asking for an extra bottle which will be billed you provide a 1l bottle - Wow, now that is a tricky way to extract money from customers and definitely a not so happy thing for customers"

"On the first day when I reached hotel, they tried give me a normal room though I booked a suite room that too for Rs **** for 3 days. Only on my demand they provided me the suite room. On the final day, they have provided me a inflated bill for what we ate the restaurant.The bill was corrected again on my after pointing out the same.In the first place this sort of nonsense should not happen at all.Overall the experience was not so good this time.I feel it's not worth the money and there quality of device also reduced drastically.I wish the top management will take a serious note of what is going on at this hotel."

"This hotel is located at nice location in Calangute, beach is about 1.5-2km from the hotel. This hotel is built in a small area but space in rooms is enough and rooms were clean. They have very small and limited parking space available. Breakfast was good but the breakfast menu is very limited and they repeat the same menu everyday. They really need to work on this. Swimming pool is not big but it was clean. They also charge for the bathrobe which is nowhere mentioned. Gym is also there and bar was not operational when we visited. Overall a good hotel and most of the staff was also good."

"This hotel is actually good .. It's new so it's clean and fresh .. Rooms are big .. Staff are very cooperative .. Location is very good as it's near to beach and market .. Swimming pool is just okay .. You can enjoy if your in couple and group. If you want innocent place then you can select this place .. And it's not expensive so why to spend in hotel if you can spend on other things Food is okay .. Go for buffet, it's worth. Not too much option but it's tasty Drinks are at reasonable price so liked it. Specially balcony"

"I had booked this hotel based on the positive reviews I had read online. I must say I was not disappointed at all. The room and washroom were very clean. The linen was washed and clean without any spots. Breakfast spread was not very lavish but there were enough items and it was tasty and well cooked. In terms of interaction, Mr Dharamveer and Mr Naval were excellent in service. They even changed my room on request because I wanted a pool view room. I really liked the place. Would love to stay again."

"Awesome stay at hotel. Location, staff cooperation, cleanliness, food quality all are best. If I have option to visit Goa again I will like to stay again at king's court. "Hotel and it's management was so unprofessional. I strongly urge people NOT to book this hotel. Moreover the management is so abusive and drunkards that they themselves drink liqueur in Hotel rooms and not at all worried about visitors problem.\r\n\r\nWhen we checked in to the hotel around 2. 00 PM. The room was very wet. We asked them to clean or change the room but they did not responded. Due to this my child slipped in the room and got injured. Room service was like hell."

"This Hotel is beautiful and spacious, the room is very cozy, the soft bed and the big screen HD tv will keep you comfy if you choose to stay indoors. The location is just perfect. Despite it being in the Calangute area, It's away from the main road so peace and quiet is guaranteed. The staff will cater to your every need with a smile. Service is brilliant, quick & no less than a 5 star! The Food is tasty and totally worth it. I've stayed here twice and loved the experience."

"This is a new property located at an Excellent location. Best beaches ( like Vagator, Anjuna and Mandarem ) are close by. Also its near to Club Cabana and Thallasa which are essential in Tourist list of Goa. Its within minutes reach to Tito's lane yet has its own quiet atmosphere. Break fast spread is nice and vast and the Pool is sparkling clean.Got an amazing deal from Goibibo so wonderfully cost effective. Loved this place. Hotel staff is very courteous as well."

"Room is nice, gym is basic in nature, locations slightly difficult it took me quite a time to locate. I should thank MMT helpline without that not possible to locate the hotel. Parking is too small. No space to park. Breakfast spread is most ordinary. It is a decent hotel however too much costly for the service provided. I believe in Goa rates are like that. Advantage is it is near to beach ... Locations are nearby and good."

"17th Feb to 20th Feb I stay in room no 605 and I kept my wrist watch worth rs 8000 on table before sleep and I forgot to wear in morning. When I return hotel at evening my watch is missing when I complaint at reception and tell to ask house keeping were they kept my watch but the staff and management head not responding my complaint and I advice to check cctv camera and find out but I did not get positive response."

"Location is very good and is on 10-15 mins walking distance from Calangute beach. You will get bike at reasonable rate just outside the hotel. It has very clean swimming pool. "We booked two suite but on reaching hotel we were denied the rooms stating that rooms are not available and instead of the staff discussing the matter with ** we had to discuss the same for an hour after which we finally settled for Deluxe room. "I checked in on the 7th Sept,17. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom. U get to enjoy a private balcony too, friendly staff, service was good, delicious breakfast is an added thumbs. Swimming pool is quite big. And apart from all these the best part is the location. Baga, anjuna are just 1/2kms away. Check in and have fun."

"Hotel and room is good. Room not found cleaned. Room service person was arrogant during asking service. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Hot water was not there in the bathroom. Bed and linens are neat and clean. Staff of room service is not customer orientated. Seems not for the value for money and need improvements."

Good hotel to stay in North Goa walkable distance from Calangute and Baga beach, with all modern facilities available. Breakfast do also serve a variety type of food with mixture of south and north indian food"

"We had booked this hotel a night before our travel and this was fully worth the money we invested. Very near to Baga road and has all facilities nearby if not in hotel. The only drawback is that the hotel does not give you airport pick up or drops but they will help you get in touch with someone if needed at a surcharge."

"Nice stay in Calangute, location is very good. If one is looking stay near Calangute and Baga this hotel is good option as both beaches are within 2km from hotel. On 1st day breakfast wasn't as expected however on 2nd day it was fabulous, and food was yummy but they serve tandoor in night only. Overall good stay."

"Located just near the Calangute beach/market (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel staff is very helpful, cheerful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to quality food."

"My exp with the hotel is not very good, The main issue with the Hotel is. it is not noise free, a allot of noise comes inside the room even you close all the door and window but still ur neighbours TV volumes comes in side the room.Not only the TV volume but also some another voice also come inside the room"

"Hotel is fab but they need to keep check on amenities as argue even for a dental kit even if you have a longer stay. Check out time is very strict they will start calling you. Pool is very good. Breakfast has limited 4 dishes but food is very tasty. Rooms are also good. The beach distance is not walking."
