"This property is a typical case of a good, well located property going waste because of lack of care. The pot was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The wall tiles need periodic cleaning which was not done. The wires were hanging out as can be seen in the pics. The bed sheets and the pillows were clean. The person Manning the reception was not too courteous. Take it or leave it attitude. Basically untrained."

"It was my first and the last booking that i made from fab hotels, henceforth I wont keep it my options and would never ever suggest any one to book any hotel from FAB Hotels. Would also like to share what had happened to me, for my 10th stay at Fabexpress Gavoriel wakad Pune, I had already communicated to Fab executive that I will be arriving early by 6:00 in the morning on 10th due to some medical urgency and need to visit Hospital at Pune. The executive connected me to the hotel staff ( Pawan) who confirmed me that it will be made available with extra cost for which I agreed. Now when me and my wife arrived early in the morning I called the hotel staff who didnt picked up my call, afterthat I reached hotel and asked the sleeping staff to please provide me early checkin facility as confirmed, who straight forward declined and asked to go and come after 12:00. After my several requests and arguments he provided a room which wasnt clean and was very dirty. Still as i said due to the medical conditions we need to visit hospital by 9:00 and hence have to take the room for freshen up and get ready. After getting in we found that tap water wasnt available and we communicated the staff who then told us to wait for 10-15 mins, we literally waited for 40-45 mins after several follow ups. Impatiently i get down and asked whats the problem who then said that pump is not working and hence have called for the tanker which will take another 15-20 mins. Now this really hurted and disappointed us and we left with no other option to leave the hotel at that time and take some other hotel for getting ready. After our hospital visit i again came for checkin at around 13:30 and what i found that there was no room and we literally got shocked as if how a booked hotel cant be made available to us despite paid in advance.. This was something we call inhumane and harassing customer to its fullest. I will escalate this experience to social media as well and will assure that no one in my circle/ contacts would ever book any hotel or services from this damn fucking app and site"

"Uncleaned bathroom with continuous leakage. AC not working properly. TV with no channels (staff said recharge khatam ho gaya hai). Sudden power cut in the midnight. When I asked why don't you have a back up for electricity. They were unanswerable. Staff was arrogant to provide basic things like towels and extra hand soap. Didn't even change my bedsheet while my stay was for 2 days. No in house kitchen. Very disappointed. Pathetic experience."

Unhygienic environment but staff is good, helped me change room, fix open gutter in bathroom, fixed issue with AC. Okay if you wanna stay alone, don't recommend for family."

Stay was indeed horrible, staff didn't connected me to the owner to provide feedback. I strongly do not recommend this place! They are after money without any basic needs met. It is a fraud and they are cheaters. They must apologize and refund me for this stress and their false commitment"

"Seeing the service here, I found it so strange that something like this can happen in a hotel. Even if you arrive 1 hour early before the checking time, you will not be given entry even if the rooms are available. And secondly, you cannot enter one child other than your accompanying guest. If every thing has meaning then it has to be paid. We did not get any good response from the staff. I talked to customer care and they told me that Rs 300 extra will be charged for early entry when I checked in just 1 hour earlier so that the room was also available or this is why I was staying there because we could do checkout 1 hour early. But we did not get any specific response from the hotel. Then I talked to the owner of the hotel or the manager and he said to me quite rudely that Rs. 500 At last I will say that my experience is very bad, it is Fab hotel of Pune. If this review of mine is uploaded on App to main then I would say that you should look for some other hotel."

"We checked some of the amenities before booking. After we checked in, we were disappointed to see that some amenities were falsely advertised. Below are the ones that were missing: Toilet paper Lift Laundry service Additionally, it was mentioned that there is a 24-hour front desk. However, when we were checking in around 1 am, the person at the reception was sleeping, and we had to wake him up. Also was taking a shower when unexpectedly the water supply stopped. This required immediate assistance from the reception, further highlighting operational challenges during our stay. We were also without electricity for over an hour, which had left us unable to charge our devices, use the geyser, or access WiFi"

"Pls do not book this hotel its completely useless. Very Bad experience with my Family and old in-laws I had to stay for one night and then moving ahead on my journey so I booked for 2 rooms for 4 members. I did the booking online, it was already 11.40 PM when I reached there, I was surprised to see that the building was under construction, only one boy sitting on reception, he had no idea about the bookings as his manager had left. Then after calling his manager, he allowed us. But the sad part was he said there are no rooms available now. After 15- 20 mins after taking to his manager. He took us to some different place in the gully which is a residential area and some other 3 floor cramped building. Room very very very small and unclean, cockroaches all around, bed sheets were not clean and were stinking. I never used the TV as I had to leave by 7 AM next day. Looks like lodge useful for couples only. No water bottles were available or provided, food u have to order from some nearby hotel , no intercom to connect to the reception , climb down 3 floor to talk to one person sitting there on chair. Only I can say it that the AC was working OK and the next day we got hot water to bath from the Geyser. But overall very disappointed with the place."
