I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and polite, and the room condition was good and comfortable. However, the front area outside the room door needs to be cleaned and maintained better. Also, it would be great if all the required bathroom amenities were provided in advance. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as shown in the photos and did not meet basic expectations. The bed sheets were unclean, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Additionally, there was a leakage issue in the bathroom that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness standards need significant improvement. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.

If you want to test your patience, this is the perfect hotel. Dirty rooms, zero maintenance, rude staff, and poor service. Felt more like a lodge than a hotel. Waste of money and time.

Very worst experience at Hotel.In November 18 I check in hotel around 9pm. Room was not cleaned.Manager say 24 HR hot water supply but in morning also there was no hot water supply. Very poor service..

Just having Fab in the name will not make a fabulous stay. To me concerned, it doesn't deserve 3 star rating. There are good hotels with the same rate nearby. Though staff were polite, they haven't provided even the drinking water and taking much time/ reminder to get each service. Photos shown in the site must be of initial days. We occupied as we already paid advance. There were no calls from Fab people after occupying the room and there was no feed back call too.

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE.

Pathetic Experience.. Horror it was .. they call it 3star .. never seen a 3star like this .. don't book hotel via fab hotel.. they have zero communication with respective hotel.. we booked via fab and executive made us to pay 25% then and there to confirm the booking..once we did and reached gargi by 1am .. they hotel person denied giving us check in . His hotel was full.. there was one more couple standing there for almost half n hr with same situation.. with lot of hustle bustle they provided room in another gargi property which they call Luxury.. We entered in the room by 2.45am. Although staff of Gargi in Luxury was pretty sweet and helpful but the rooms are just so cheap and temporary.. we paid 2100 for the night . Trust me . Don't stay in any property of Gargi . They extremely cheap and dirty. Also with fab hotell . Never ever deal with them.. they have no communication, no professionalism

Very Bad Experience in (February-2025) – Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience with this OYO booking. When I reached the hotel, the property owner demanded an extra ₹800. I called OYO customer service, but they said customers have to pay extra charges, which was very disappointing. The issues with the room were endless: 1. TV not working – The recharge was unpaid. 2. Bathroom door not locking – No privacy. 3. Very small room – Not as shown in the pictures. 4. Broken furniture – Everything looked damaged. 5. No blanket provided initially – Had to call multiple times to get one. 6. No towel in the room – Basic amenities missing. 7. No soap provided – Had to ask separately. 8. No geyser – No hot water available. I regret booking this hotel. OYO should take strict action against such properties. I do not recommend staying here!

1. Waited for almost 1 hour to check in due payment has not been updated by fabhotel 2. After payment has been made, waited another 30 mins... Why????? The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So sweet....Anyone has such kind of experience? 3. I informed at night only that check out will be early morning. So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay...

Absolutely Terrible – Not a Hotel, Just a Dirty Room This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was filthy and completely unhygienic. Basic essentials like shampoo, towel, toothpaste, and even drinking water were missing. The TV didn’t work, and the washroom had no geyser – just cold water and grime. There are no shops nearby, so if you need anything, you're out of luck. Honestly, it felt more like an abandoned lodge than a hotel. Not worth a single rupee. Stay far away.
