Very good stay experience, good staff, quick check in process, comfortable to room.
Reception person was very humble and polite person. The room size is pretty small but it is worth value for money. The location is very much convenient and accessible.
1. Fan was not working properly. 2. The window was broken in the bathroom. 3. No network in TV and Some of the channels like Sony Sab Tv were not subscribed. 4. Room lock was very hard and getting locked very difficulty. It needs service.
Nice Guest Appearances... Cleaning and hospitality are great.. Also good relationship maintain with customer.
Very bad experience the location is very odd, and their service is pathetic no professionalism the rooms are average and the onwner is in attitude do not allow visitor for even 1 hour and charge 1000 rs extra. Breakfast is also just for the name sake.
No service, No Laundry, No breakfast, if you order outside food also they don't have plates. No toiletry kit, some rooms doesn't have intercom telephone, some rooms doesn't have TV. The add and photos they have provided online is may be very old. Not the same now. Not worth
It’s a broken hotel and rooms. All images shown in sites are probably graphics. Rooms are with cockroaches. Age old furniture’s and in my room AC was not operating. And they checked if they really want an AC. Towels were not placed. FAB hotel took booking and advance but room was not available and had tk wait for this broken room to be cleaned. Do not recommend. Hands down to Fab group for such practice of wrong listing
Pretty basic hotel. Location is very good. Everything else is just about acceptable. Don't go by photos on their web site. There were holes in bed sheet. I saw a cockroach crawl out. TV was barely working. Staff couldn't be more indifferent. Mercifully hot water was available. But I think water was hard. If you just want a place to rest for night, this might work. For a pleasant, comfortable stay , look elsewhere.
Ugh, so disappointed. We stayed one night, two rooms, and both were just gross. The mattress, pillowcases, extra bed foam—everything was super dirty, like they hadn't been washed. Same with the towels. The pillows weren't even proper pillows, just lumpy messes. And the toilet? The absolute worst, covered in water and residue stains. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We asked for fresh towels, but they wouldn't give us any, saying we had to wait until morning, even though they knew we were checking out at 7 AM. Seriously, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at with the family, internationally even. Definitely don't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have family and kids. The photos from the hotel ad are misleading and should be taken actions for consumer dishonesty.
The worst hotel ever this is 3:00 am midnight and they gave us this room after 6 hours of travelling even the public toilet is clean than this plus they are not even hearing out they charged us big amount for the dustbin room. Do not visit worst hotel When I complained about the room the receptionist told the staff "jake kuch adjust karke aa" And yes they did not do anything about it Worst place worst Full room is filled with mosquito purely disgusting experience
