Room was perfectly decorated, well designed and clean. the breakfast was good, we really enjoy our stay. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff is very humble and helpful. It was indeed one of the best properties I have stayed in.

The room was extremely dirty, and both the pillows and blanket had a strong, foul odor. The entire room was filled with a musty, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and it made my stay very uncomfortable.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived late at night during heavy rain with our families and children, hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures—they were far worse. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the door mats were dirty and untidy. The AC barely worked, making the room uncomfortable and stuffy. When we complained to the staff, instead of addressing our concerns, they rudely told us to check out if we didn’t like the room, showing zero empathy despite knowing we had children and the weather was harsh. This was not only unprofessional but also insensitive and unacceptable. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and terrible customer service. For the price paid, this place is not worth the money or the stress. We strongly advise others to avoid booking here until significant improvements are made.

All the photos were edited, and there was 0% match with the actual room. The room and bathroom smelled, and the bed was uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep peacefully — it was a very, very bad experience.

The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. The bedsheets were unwashed, unhygienic, and a serious health risk. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—barely qualifies as a lodge. I strongly advise against staying here, whether you’re alone or with family. Don’t waste your time or money. This was my first experience with fabhotels, and it was highly disappointing. I have already discussed with your fabhotels executives twice or thrice about the unattentiveness of hotel for service and providing basic paid amenities. I was promised while booking for amenities like lift, breakfast, basic room service, etc. However, the hotel failed to provide breakfast, room service, cleaning, towels, toiletries, and water bottles during my 5 days of stay. There was no remote for tv and AC. Asking them multiple times about all these but they failed to provide till the last of the stay. I have paid approximately 6000+ rupees and I feel like all wasted. None of their executives has taken this inputs seriously till now. Additionally hotel staff is highly untrained and always busy playing games on cell, watching videos and what not. Seems hotel owner is not bothered at all. Your request for anything will be simply ingored until you asl it 5 times or complaint to fabhotel. In my case that also not worked. In conclusion, if hotel industry is only on service and amenities, non of it is there in the hotel, also highly disappointed with fabhotel's approach to customer service.

What a worst place to stay overpriced rooms with no breakfast and in very pathetic condition rooms better to go in treebo and gst is very high in this hotel 300 rupees food and 89 rs gst wirh cockroach and mosquito in rooms
