I had a pleasant stay at FabHotel White House in Pune and would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for comfort on a budget. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and spacious, with all the essential amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was hygienic and stocked with basic toiletries. The service was another highlight of my stay. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was room service or local travel information. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with a decent vegetarian spread. The location is slightly away from central Pune, but it’s peaceful and ideal if you want a quiet environment. Cabs and autos are easily accessible from the property. One small downside was the lack of nearby dining options, but the hotel kitchen handled most of our needs just fine. Overall, a great value-for-money option with good service and well-maintained rooms. I’d recommend it for solo travelers, families, or anyone visiting Pune for a short stay.

The breakfast was very sad. Just a small plate of poha with a cup of tea. The food was tasteless and bland. The main handle of the door was broken. Room 304. A cat kept roaming around the kitchen area adding to the threat. Surely never recommending this place to anyone.

The room photos shared at the time of booking is not at all matching with actual. Service of the staffs are not cordial also. Rooms r very small.

Booked the stay from make my trip at a price. At the time of check in I was asked to pay more. I had to pay more as I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune and nowhere to go. I paid extra 500 and expecting customer support to help me on this. No one is providing support, worst stay experience ever.

My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff argued about the FabHotels booking price and refused to honor it until I insisted it was their platform's responsibility. The first room had water flooding the floor, a broken door knob, and zero safety measures. When I requested a room change, I was dismissively given a worse room: no door knob at all (anyone could see inside!), leaving me exposed. Trapped by heavy rain, I endured: A malfunctioning toilet with continuously running water. A window "secured" by a loose, poorly fixed green net. "Complimentary water" served in dirty, reused bottles. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Do not risk your safety or comfort - stay elsewhere.

Pathetic Experience.. Horror it was .. they call it 3star .. never seen a 3star like this .. don't book hotel via fab hotel.. they have zero communication with respective hotel.. we booked via fab and executive made us to pay 25% then and there to confirm the booking..once we did and reached gargi by 1am .. they hotel person denied giving us check in . His hotel was full.. there was one more couple standing there for almost half n hr with same situation.. with lot of hustle bustle they provided room in another gargi property which they call Luxury.. We entered in the room by 2.45am. Although staff of Gargi in Luxury was pretty sweet and helpful but the rooms are just so cheap and temporary.. we paid 2100 for the night . Trust me . Don't stay in any property of Gargi . They extremely cheap and dirty. Also with fab hotell . Never ever deal with them.. they have no communication, no professionalism

We booked FabHotel in Pune from 16th to 19th May 2025, but ended up checking out the same night around 10:30 PM. Why? Because the room was unclean, the bathroom unhygienic, the linen stained, and the surrounding area felt unsafe—not at all as advertised. We asked for a refund since we didn’t even stay one full night, but instead of resolving the issue, we were blamed for paying less, which was untrue and insulting. No refund. No apology. Just false accusations and a whole lot of disappointment. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and honest place to stay—this is NOT it. But if you’re into surprise horror stories and donating money for no service, then by all means, give it a try. P.S. Our refund is probably on an eternal vacation—much like the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

Absolutely Terrible – Not a Hotel, Just a Dirty Room This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was filthy and completely unhygienic. Basic essentials like shampoo, towel, toothpaste, and even drinking water were missing. The TV didn’t work, and the washroom had no geyser – just cold water and grime. There are no shops nearby, so if you need anything, you're out of luck. Honestly, it felt more like an abandoned lodge than a hotel. Not worth a single rupee. Stay far away.

Booking ID UJ97TE - Booked for 2050 + 500rs checkin charges. 500 advance paid. Upon reaching they told that room is not available and need to take premium room for 3500. Which is 1000 spike in tarrif. Please donot go for this hotel. They dont go as per their word.

Hotel is not clean. It's smelly and cockroaches are roaming all over hotel. For the amt paid room is very small. Lift is not working
