"FabHotel transfered my FabHotel Prime Shaurya Residency Kothrud Pune to Rapid Lakme Executive Shivajinagar without informing me. It took almost 2 hours to clarify the confusion. We booked 3 rooms. We 5 people wasted our time and Rs 600 for transportation on April 26 evening and April 27 morning. It was worst and terrible experience for all 5 people."

"Terrible experience. Guy at reception not behaving properly. No cleaned room. Bed was not so clean. No hygiene - cockroaches are in room. Only soap in toiletries was there. Not even tissue paper in toilet. Towel was dirty and having odorous smell. Not even shower was there in bathroom. They charged 500 rupees at reception as pre check-in, earlier it was mentioned as 300 by your fab hotel executive. Even receipt also not provided for the same."

"Rooms and the floor were very dirty and dusty. ACs doesn't work. Beds and towels were changed for names sake and they are dirty too. Rooms were not cleaned before giving to us, we even found a dirty underwater hanged in bathroom door knob, probably by the previous occupant. Not at all family friendly. Felt very unsafe staying one night with the family."
