Housekeeping people are applying foul smell phenyl with wet cloth in the living room. Entire night I suffered a lot with that smell the second also my clothes filled with that unbearable smell. Please make a random check then you realise well thank you. Hope you feel this as a healthy critic. Except remaining all are okay

Staff behaviour was good, Room was hygienic and service was good too..

Rooms are good, property location is also very good. But the staff is very non cooperative. I had to get down to the reception area to collect food because they denied the delivery person to the room and they also didn't deliver the food to the room. I had to wait for like 15 mins before checkin when the booking was already upgraded due to closure of the property booked earlier. There is no sync and update on portal whether the property is open or not. Dwarka and Mahipalpur properties are almost closed due to licensing issues and the portal has no update regarding this. So please call the property after booking.

At first, they gave me a room with a super noisy fan; the noise was so bad I couldnt even sit there. After that, they moved me to another room where the bathroom flush wasn't working. Then, they gave me a third room where the AC was incredibly loud. To top it off, at checkout, they charged me double the MRP rate for a water bottle. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a property."

BEHAVIOUR OF HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY MUCH GREEDY, RUDE, very Bad horrible behaviour of staff and Very BAD HOTEL experience by the way FAB customer service is very good they settled our problems very nicely and cooperative... but their JP palace hotel is not good I m writing only related to JP PALACE HOTEL

Disgustingly dirty rooms, broken lights, broken racks in bathroom, dirty stinky bedsheets. No internet access...even after complaining about it, staff said rudely, jisko paisa pay Kiya tha usse wapas le lo. When power went off, there was no generater and only one light and one fan was working no power sockets were working. Overall big mistake to book fab hotel

Very bad experience didn’t expected this from fab, i was with my girlfriend it was very risky i did prebooking paid amount upfront but they refused to give room and refund i waited 1 hr finaly they gave me room staff didn’t behave well even customer care representative said no refund you can leave she mention we don’t have room go talk to your booking app very unprofessional seems like a scam, definitely not safe for couples
