Kavuri Hills was developed initially as a residential layout on an 80-acre land and it has slowly grown into a posh hub for business travellers and leisure tourists. There are many budget and luxury hotels near Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad that are comfortable and safe for short or extended stay. You will find many of them at a distance of less than 5 km from HITEC City and 4 km from the popular Jubilee Hills.
There is no dearth of shopping areas and eateries around hotels in Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad. The Alcazar Mall (4 km) and GVK One Mall (9 km) are popular shopping malls in Hyderabad that you can spend a relaxed evening in. If you want to indulge in retail therapy, then Banjara Hills Road No. 1 (8 km) is the place to go to. Termed as one of the most expensive high street locations in India, this road is lined with high-end shopping and dining experiences that will awe you. The rooms are very good. Excellent staff. Prompt response. Friendly. Homely environment. Home food. Very close to hitec city tech park and hitec city metro station. Couple and solo travelers recommended.

Basically it's not worth for the money they have charged. There were mud stains on the bedsheet and blanket. Bathroom was too small to take a bath, such that you can't close the door untill you touch the commodes. Also the toilet seat was broken and there are stains. Totally not worth for the price.
It's an average stay for me as AC made some noises and window curtains are not clean and the room was little small
Additionally, there was no proper door lock. When I informed the staff, they told me to lock the door from inside using the key, which felt unsafe. They also charged me around 500 for extending my stay by just two hours and refused to provide an invoice even after I requested it. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the money. Basic hygiene and service standards need to be seriously improved.
Package included breakfast, but they refused to serve it (still charged). At check-in, no courtesy or help with luggage even though I had a baby. Yet I saw them treating another guest completely differently. Receptionist made rude and careless comments when I said I may not give a good review, instead of apologizing or asking about the issues. Extremely disappointing experience will never consider FabHotels again.
