Bath room, service, Staff are very helpful.

Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

location ok.. entrance ok.. wash rooms need repair ..8 swicthes but one light only in centre not at mirror . insisted on complimentary 1 ltr water bottle but was charged for it

Even after mentioning 2 adults and 1 child, they were initially denying to offer breakfast for the child. After showing voucher they allowed for the BF. And for BF they have only paratha and tea to offer and nothing else. Their menu is quite costly. Washroom didn’t have hand towel or toilet papers.

This a fraud hotel. I booked my stay from FabHotels site which i recieved confirmation on mail. Upon my arrival i showed them my booking reference and they unprofessionally denied us admission stating they don't have any booking on this name. It was very unprofessional on their side. Please don't book this hotel for future visits.

DID NOT MENTION THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW FOREIGN VISTORS. We were refused our rooms at 4am due to not having Indian ID as we are NRI, this had been not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. We were told to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. We requested that we provide verification a few hours later but the staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Terrible experience.

1) Room cleaning very bad. 2) Bedsheets are dirty 3) Small instant geyser for hot water was not working in most of rooms and with small geyser you can't take bath. 4) Entry to hotel is worst. No ramp facility. 5) No room service boys are available 6) only one small single lift available for 3 floor building. 7) No restaurant facility. Worst rooms. We booked 13 rooms thinking that Fab hotels are having good hotels tie up . But we ended in worst hotel's. Next time now we may not book through FAB hotel. Thank you for worst services.

Worst experience at Fab impact hotel, Lucknow Location - very remote No restaurant at the hotel . They don't provide a kettle in the room also. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your partner property, Hotel Impact, located at C.P. 160, Viraj Khand-4, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010. I had a confirmed booking for 27th December 2024, under the name Dileep Verma, with Booking ID WQGTE8. However, upon arrival, I was denied check-in by the hotel staff. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional payment for the booking despite my confirmed reservation and prior payment through your platform. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I trust Fab Hotels to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays, but this incident has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request your immediate action on the following: 1. An explanation for the denial of check-in and the demand for additional payment. 2. A full refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. 3. Assurance that strict measures will be taken to address such unethical practices by your partner hotels. Please find attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference. I urge you to resolve this issue at the earliest and restore my trust in Fab Hotels.
