Bed sheets, blanket covers could be more clean. Pillows were not comfortable, not in good shape.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The staff is not so good, you can't expect them to go over the miles. They're rude and say no directly. No extra efforts in services....

Worst hotel, don’t stay there. Very unhygienic, full of cockroaches. These cockroaches even went inside my travel vanity. Chairs are all broken and taped. Don’t fall in trap of location as this is misleading. It’s not in hazratganj, but some where in bad area.

Walls are not in good condition. Water leakage issue in washroom. Mosquito issue.

I will give it zero stars if i could. Cockroaches in rooms, broken light fixtures, dirty linens. Hotel staff offered to weigh the luggage before going to the airport then demanded Rs 50 for weighing, they conveniently forgot to mention that BEFORE weighing!
