1 AverageThe good: checkin was smooth as hotel already had details from fabhotels. the bad: 1. stained linens - both bedsheet and blanket covers. even the replacement were stained. the 3rd set took some time, as they were less stained i made an 'adjustment' 2. the room was not cleaned. a lays wrapper slipped out from under bed when i switched on the fan. there was also bindis lying on floor. 3. minor thing - the electricity cut off card system was not functional. even cheaper lodges have them now though. the ugly: 1. lot (i mean a lot) of mosquitoes coming at regular intervals from nowhere. i was hunting and clapping all the time.Shubhalaxmi, 3 Mar

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 5 Aug

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 18 Nov

5 FabulousExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 29 Sep

4.8 FabulousRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Balraj, 25 Aug
