No basic amenities. work table provided with no plug point. tv not working, and when they managed to get it started was not able to watch anything decent because everything had a charge on it. no water or coffee tea with kettle in the room. travel pack toiletries not provided. these are basic things that are provided when you stay at any hotel. it felt like i was staying at the railway station dorm rooms.
