I had a great experience at Impact Hotel. The guard's behavior was excellent, and the waiter rakesh kumar service and behavior were also top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
Top hotel and Nice staff service and good location
Location is ok, but cleanliness was not good, staff's are friendly. 24 hour service is not available.
TV not Working due to Setup box Signal Problem, Near Bed pawer socket Not working
I did not have a good experience over here, always be aware while ordering food, if you will say you need half plate, they will definitely provide you full plate without informing, and then they will ask full amount You are all not a good experience I will not recommend anyone
I am not satisfied with the property as they do not have the board of the fab hotel and the room was smelling so bad, food quality and taste is very bad. Service is also bad for this...I would not suggest it for anyone for this property.
Sorry to say not enjoyable at all, that too when the Hotel is among your chain, and your group is so renowned. I was initially allotted room no 110, which was worst of all, bad smell and everything dirty as if not used for months. You can still get it checked any time. After expressing our discomfort it was changed at night, room no 102, which was better, but still not upto the mark. Switches broken, door handles loose, cupboard dirty, no kettle for tea, coffee. Towels old and yellowish. And so on.....
Worst experience. Rooms are smelly, bed sheets never washed. From morning i requested them to change,I gave them keys to change bedsheets and pillow covers when I went out. But they didn't bother. When i came back to room, nothing was changed.and i had to call them 3 times until they came and changed the bedsheet, which was even worser.i had to use towel to lie down and sleep.Hallway to the room was full of rotten food kept on floor.no water in pipe. Floor was sticky. It was a night mare to stay. I will move to consumer court. My whole body is itching now.
Rooms were very small, and the bedsheet, blanket given to me was very dirty. Location is somehow good but the staff behaviour was rude. Upon arrival I had to wait for 20 min as told there was price difference. Intercom was not working.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the start, things just felt off. The room I was given was poorly maintained — dusty furniture, worn-out bedsheets, and a bathroom that didn’t feel clean or cared for. There was no attention to detail, no sense of hospitality. But what really shocked me was the fact that they didn’t even provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. When I asked the staff politely, I was told outright, “We don’t give that here.” No apology, no explanation — just a flat-out refusal. For a hotel that calls itself "Prime", I at least expected basic hygiene items. The location is also quite misleading. Though it says “Hazratganj,” it’s not in the main market area. The surroundings felt shady at night and it was difficult to find proper food or transport nearby. Definitely not ideal for a traveler unfamiliar with the area. As for service, it was completely unprofessional. Staff were unresponsive, housekeeping took forever (if they responded at all), and there was no sense of responsibility from the management. No one seemed interested in making the guest feel welcome or comfortable. Overall, this place felt like it was running on auto-pilot — no cleanliness, no proper amenities, and no customer service. Not recommended at all. I hope the management seriously takes this feedback and improves, because as it stands now, FabHotel Prime V Hazratganj is far from “fab” or “prime.”
