FabHotel Impact

I've booked the stay for one night on booking.com where it costs 1,173 for 2 adults for one night. while check-in the receptionist forced us to pay 300/- for rooms. while we asked about it, he didn't even give a proper clarification and just said "this is what the rate is if you want to stay. you can otherwise please leave". this is the statement given by him. also, we had no options since the location was so longer than expected and also it was around 1 am while we checked-in. please avoid booking and choosing this hotel at lucknow!

The room was so tiny. it hardly had any walking space. surely all the good ratings are fake. also we booked the hotel at a cheap price but when we reached there they cancelled the booking. and charged extra. i even called the property beforehand but they didn't confirm anything properly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. the staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any needs. what stood out the most was the food—delicious and diverse, with something to suit every palate. the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of options from fresh fruits to hot, savory dishes. overall, the combination of great service, cozy accommodations, and outstanding food made for a memorable stay.

The rooms are decently furnished with centralized ac, but the pillow covers are old and have an unpleasant odor, as if they haven't been washed in a long time. the washroom also has a drain-like smell, and the food is average. also, they denied checkin on lowest online rates and we had to pay more. location is also poor with slums nearby.

I can tell you that most of the 5 star reviews you see here are fake since they all mention front staff. their front staff is horrible. they don’t care at all. i did my booking online and when i reached there they just told me they can’t give me the room because i booked it on a discounted price online. they told me either i pay the full price or i find some other hotel. very less cooperative and very rude behaviour. the location of the place is also a trouble. there’s no market close by and it’s out at nowhere. i’ve travelled to lucknow for the first time and had worst hospitality experience of my life.

This is the issue regarding my booking @ fab hotel impact as i went there they denied me to provide the room as the say said no room is available but i maid my booking confirmed 1 month before when i reach at the hotel they denied me by saying that no room is vacant they sell their rooms in higher price to the customer they denied me and dont provide me the room. they are saying false that they provide me the room . as i have mentioned earlier that i paid my booking partial and making confirm even then also they have not provided me the room . they were saying me to stay at very poor class hotel at same price very bad hotel even no ac were working they does not provided me the room . and i have to stay at other hotel and i paid there even i made booking 1 month earlier . only issue is that kindly provide me the money which i paid partially to make my booking confirm. they are saying wrong that they provided me the room. totallly bad response from fab . i did not except this from fab hotel. employee at fab hotel impact were selling room at very higher price in black to other guest. and guest who made booking earlier they denied to provide them a room . kindly refund my money back which i paid it to make my booking confirm..
