Locks of room not working, very dirty rooms and bedsheets and terrible washroom No amenities at all

Worst experience ever. Room was very dirty and unhygienic smell condition of dampness. Towel and bed sheet were used one. No cleanliness in the entire room. Bathroom was horribly smelly and too much old times. Tap was not working properly. AC was working like a helicopter with a lot of noise.This property is also having under construction work inside it. Staff behavior was not good. They forced me pay rest amount on the hotel's QR code at the time of check in only. Overall, I did not pay for this kind of service and room. Kindly refund my money back. I have been cheated by Fabhotel.
