My 3rd stay here. All staff are very friendly as usual, yet very professional.

The location of the property is great. Right at the center of the city. The staff were also polite.

Horrible experience... inspite of advance booking room was not available in that hotel with ac working... shifted to some pathetic hotel where no amenity was available... this is exploitation of customer... you should refund the money
