1 AverageI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was exceptionally poor. i was charged an extra 500 for arriving at 9:30 am. the room i was given had an ac issue, and despite multiple requests over 8 hours and several follow-ups, it was not fixed until after 9 pm when i was finally given a different room. the staff's attitude was indifferent and unprofessional throughout the ordeal.Surya Singh, 1 Sep
